As requested by Lord Chancellor du Brierust with the creation of the Grand Knight position in 307AC, any practicing knights in the city of Regalia are required to make their presence known and recorded in an official ledger. This will be maintained by the acting Grand Knight and serves the purpose of detailing the current numbers of each knightly order to be kept as a historical archive and available to approved officials to assist with inquiries or recruitment.
It is advised that approved knights from any of the active Orders should fill in the application down below to ensure their status is not questioned and to be recognised for their service.

The Grand Knight is appointed by the acting Lord Chancellor and holds the rights to manage the Knightly Order Headquarters, confirm and deny knightly statuses for verification purposes and to distribute any donated funds and goods through charitable acts within the city. This comes with the requirements of upholding the registry of knights within Regalia, holding charitable and social events for the orders and maintaining a council of local Order representatives. This council is overseen by the Grand Knight and is made up of one approved, registered knight from each active Order in Regalia. The council members are expected to listen to the other members of their Order, uphold their codes and offer counsel on legislative matters regarding knighthood in the Empire. These discussions are then passed onto the Lord Chancellor by the Grand Knight to be reviewed. It is important to note that this council has the power to discuss the removal of certain knights from the registry should they prove to be misusing their status within Regalia, therefore lessening their permissions as a local knight.
