So first, she got gray skin. Like, dark dark-ish gray. Like this
She's also got horns on her head. These horns are black / darker gray than her skin. She usually clasps jewlry on them and hangs necklaces and charms off them or w/e b/c spooky void cult stuff but this is generally what her horns are shaped like, except she has a few smaller curling ones to join the big ones
She's also called spider for a reason. She has eight eyes. They're all black, and look like a spider's eyes. not really all that human like. They'd be position in a manner similar to a spider's, though I'm not super strict on how you wanna put them, I guess.

She's kinda forced to wear her hair into a mohawk, though mostly because her horns take up most her temples, leaving only hair down the center of her head. Her hair is black.
Like that but black.
She also has face tattoos. They're crimson, and look somewhat like this
Really the only thing that matters is they're tribal and red.
Finally, she wears somewhat robe-ish clothes. Really just anything that fits her.
Kind of similar to that.
She also uses a walking cane 'cause she's a cripple.

Helenia Waldrick, a 60 year old woman with grey hair, blue-grey eyes and black, grey and brown clothing. She's constantly sombre, very frail and delicate in build, but calculating and wise. She's had a long and tragic life, once being a rather famous actress and singer, but is now alone and passionless. That's really the only physical description I have, so If it's a concept that inspires you, go for it!-If not, fair enough, even choosing only a few here is generous enough!

You've done him before, so you know what he looks like. He's more gruff, though. Marty's interpretation of Valbrand has to be the closest there is of what I imagine him to look like.
