Why is this thread a thing?
Survival is survival. Go on any other faction server, or any survival server, and chances are if you die to a PvPer nobody is going to turn an eye to it. It's Minecraft survival. You can PvP, and you can die.
I don't PvP, but am I gonna whine if I get killed by one of them? No, and chances are I might attempt to attack them myself to get even (I'll die, but hey, least I tried). If you are concerned about PvPers killing you in survival, there's options you can choose from:
- Join their faction
- Ally/truce their faction
- Get some buddies and form a faction
- hire bodyguards for regals
- nothing
Removing PvP from survival isn't practical, and doesn't do anything but alienate a group of players. If you want to RP in peace, there's the faction spawns, quest worlds, Regalia, Silverwind, and Creative. That's a lot of places to RP without doing much effort in terms of building. Or carry some diamond armor and weapons on you at all times. You may die, but at least you could attempt to defend yourself instead of making this thread of uselessness.
I'm of the opinion that this is a troll thread, and this post probably only feeds fuel to the fire. But if you complain about dying to a PvPer, then it isn't a PvP issue, it's being a sore loser.
