Established by the Drachenburg Chancellery in 308ac, the Foreign Relations Reichsrat largely involves itself with making diplomatic deals with foreign nations, as well as suzerain states such as the Ithanian Sovereignty, Kingdom of Nordskag, or other smaller clients. Missions might include arranging safe passage for armies through neutral states during wartime, and negotiating peace treaties on behalf of the State. This has recently expanded to include foreign intelligence, assisting the Marshal Cabinet on gathering information on other countries to assist in the war effort.
The diplomats are representatives of the Lord Chancellor, the State and the Empire, with every venture planned meticulously to suit the required objective. Whilst the diplomacy branch is primarily formed from the noble peerage due to their experience with important diplomacy, it also accepts linguists, negotiators and other skilled individuals with a common background as long as they understand the responsibility.

The Foreign Reichsrat has a Minister and Secretaries; the Secretaries who take care of the strategic planning, while the Minister takes the final decisions and relays the outcome to the bureaucracy. Beneath them are the approved diplomats and agents, who each have varying skill sets and levels of expertise that are suited for the tasks required from the ministry.

The Foreign Reichsrat is currently looking for new individuals to send out on diplomatic and intelligence missions. In particular, diplomat applicants should have previous diplomatic experience, cultural and linguistic expertise and other relevant skills suited for representing the State, whilst potential intelligence agents should be very perceptive, about to move about unseen when necessary, and be knowledgeable in the art of subterfuge. Previous experience is appreciated.
Send a letter addressed to his Lordship Klaus Typhonus stating your interest and expect an interview in person, over letters or an immediate response within two days. Letters should be posted on this thread, with anyone accepted being brought into the relevant chat groups.
