The Vampiric form of Cro-Zzhao takes on the likeness of the longmaw Sauron, Zzhao’s neck elongates, his lower jaw gains a pair of massive tusks, and he adopts the five spinal ligaments of the dorsal fin which the Sauron is infamous for, and finally the hue of his scales muddies, and a particular yellow stripe makes it’s way down his entire body. Life Story Born in the Hadarian archipelago as the runt of his clutch, Zzhao’s parents were in fact not the ones who raised him, and in fact, he was more accurately raised by those who educated him. The younger years of Zzhao’s development he found himself quickly becoming a military leader, and further than that a participant within the Chrysant war. During the Chrysant war Zzhao did his best to act as a scourge to the armies of the Regalian Empire; however, ultimately his efforts were in vain. Zzhao went on to feign loyalty to the Empire, making attempts at seizing power with his own Digmaan, and even religious zeal to the dragons. Ultimately after he found that he could not feign unyielding loyalty to the Empire as well as he could, the Allar became lost until his interactions with Erebus allowed him the opportunity to seize power once again.
Okay, so. - See if you can't add a little to his Life Story which justifies that 20 Unarmed Combat. Do that and I'll approve the app. Rest seems a-ok.

@MrBlwe Requesting clarification: If your character despises Ailor and all they have worked for, how did he attend the Imperial Regalian Marshal Academy, and why does he speak the New Regalian language? Reframe the life story to account for this, or reshuffle the points.
