Spoiler: Ambiance The Whip Ministry is one of the many bureaucratic arms of the Regalian Government with powers to ensure the dutiful function of the Ministers and Ministerial Officers directly serving under the Lord Chancellor. The purpose of the Whip is to ensure that the operations of the Ministerial Offices to the degree of expectation as stated by their delegated powers. It provides oversight and accountability, ensuring cohesion within the Government and an absence of corruption in the functions of the many Ministerial departments while remaining solution orientated and unbiased in carrying out its duties. The current Whip Minister is one Archduke Rodderick Howlester whose office is located on the second floor of Greygate Prison. Letters and meetings from the public detailing queries and accusations against Government Ministries to ensure the Office of the Whip carries out its executive functions in a timely and efficient manner are encouraged, ➺ The Right to call, at will, a meeting of all Ministers and the Lord Chancellor to discuss Government Affairs ➺ The Right to oversee weekly meetings of all Ministers and the Lord Chancellor ➺ The Right to enforce bi-weekly reports of Ministerial activity to the Lord Chancellor ➺ The Right to attend any Ministerial meeting, excluding Foreign Ministry meetings with Foreign Diplomats, to ensure proper protocol To ensure that all Ministries provide weekly reports to the Office of the Whip for perusal and examination by the Lord Chancellor. To attend and take notes from Ministerial meetings intermittently in a manner non-obstructive to the functioning of each Ministry but to ensure accountability. To provide a Monthly public newsletter on the functions, visible goals and productivity of each and every Ministry to the People of the Regalian Empire. To hold bi-Monthly open forums with available Ministers for the Public to pose questions, queries and concerns. These forums are to be titled "Ministerial Question Time" and the date and time of each will be made available at least three days in advance. At current, the Whip Minister is looking for individuals to fill the following underling positions: ➺ Ministerial Apparitors: A semi-official magistrate of the Whip Minister who will assist in the carrying out of collecting Ministerial Reports, carrying messages and other ad-hoc duties. ➺ Ministerial Secretary for the Whip: A semi-official who will attend meetings in the Office of the Whip Minister when he is unavailable. This person is also responsible for the arrangement of meetings, secretarial management and other ad-hoc duties. These roles are subject to confidentiality agreements under punishment of imprisonment and fines.
