THE DESK OF THE SECRETARY WHIP
November 22nd, 308 AC, Typhonunberg, Regalia
Following the previous Secretary of the Whip becoming our esteemed Lord Chancellor Bancroft, I am honored to now be filling the position and will continue to update the public on current developments from the Chancellery Offices. As before, these notices are made as a fuller agenda statement from the Chancellor, and as a means for the public to hold the State Secretaries accountable. If anyone has complaints regarding their performances, minor issues that need attending to by the state or anything particularly important for the Lord Chancellor, you are welcome to contact me via letter (An ic letter via forums or discord pm to me).
Regarding the Regalian State, the Secretary Whip notes that all open minister positions are now full but advises that anyone considering assisting the State should contact the Foreign Relations ministry for the possibility of being sent out on diplomatic trips most related to your expertise. Any issues should be sent directly to the Secretary Whip to be discussed with the Lord Chancellor, though it is stated that there are no current concerns with the state government based on their individual performances.
Regarding the responsibility of Accountability, the Secretary Whip releases these statements to inform the public of the current performances of each ministry from the past week (with any previous time in office considered part of the transition period).

The Foreign Relations Ministry, managed by Secretary Countess Amelina Peirgarten, has spent this week arranging the first meeting for her diplomats to discuss potential future missions and allies that could be contacted for war assistance or otherwise. She intends for the first mission to head out sometime next week, and has been filtering through and approving new applicants in the meantime.
The Logistics Ministry, managed by Secretary Baron Ardige Viduggla, has been occupied with logistics work alongside the Regalian Military, namely speaking with the Grand Marshal about troop and naval logistics and advising him on potential uses for them against the current enemy. He is currently preparing a census of state workers for a new State Ledger, to be updated and handed off to the Lord Chancellor when applicable.
The Finance Ministry, managed by Secretary Countess Madelyn de Azocoissia, has been dedicated towards preparations for utilizing the Regalian Recovery fund in the aftermath of the Petal Court attacks, working on future funding efforts for war research projects and reflecting on the past ministry's actions to determine how funds can be delegated towards beneficial projects for the city's betterment. This will be properly announced in an upcoming decree from the Countess herself.

The Arcane Ministry, managed by Secretary Sol Vivana Avalorn, has been internally addressing the aftermath of the Petal Court attacks and preparing for the release of her second decree, with a focus on updating the court mage registry, addressing the Magi of Regalia and addressing vulnerabilities regarding magic usage in certain areas of the city. It is advised that any new court mages make themselves known to the Sol for documentation and full approval.
The Belliard Representative, Grand Duke Dietrich von Drachenburg, and the Velheim Defense Fund Manager, Countess Kaya Sorenvik, will be omitted from the majority of Whip Decrees due to both of them communicating directly with the Lord Chancellor, though there will be occasional investigations from the Secretary Whip for the purposes of ensuring progress and maintaining communication across all state branches.
SIGNED AND STAMPED, Klaus Typhonus

His Excellency Secretary Whip of the Regalian State Government
