THE DESK OF THE SECRETARY WHIP
December 6th, 308 AC, Typhonunberg, Regalia

To my knowledge, the effects of the magestorm have now passed and the capital city has returned to relative normality. Whilst this means we can all go about our business again, myself and the Regalian state government encourage making changes towards bettering one's self and the community around you in the weeks leading up to the next year. For us, this means a series of reforms within the government from the Lord Chancellor to ensure progress and efficiency is maintained throughout each ministry. Expect more information on this in due time, but otherwise I am similarly committing to improvement by making myself available about the city should anyone require assistance or have questions regarding the Regalian State. Every citizen in Regalia has a role and a place here, and we will do whatever we can to help you find it.

The following notices are made as a fuller agenda statement from the Chancellor, and as a means for the public to hold the State Ministers accountable. If anyone has complaints regarding their performances, minor issues that need attending to by the state or anything particularly important for the Lord Chancellor, you are welcome to contact me via letter (An ic letter via forums or discord pm to me).

Regarding the Regalian State, the Secretary Whip invites anyone interested in assisting the State to contact one of the ministries for an opportunity to work beneath them. Once approved, the names of all state agents will be passed onto the Logistics Ministry to add to their State Ledger. Any issues with the ministers should be sent directly to the Secretary Whip to be discussed with the Lord Chancellor, though it is stated that there are no current concerns with the state government based on their individual performances. We are expecting the reformations from the Lord Chancellor in due time but each ministry has been busy.

Regarding the responsibility of Accountability, the Secretary Whip releases these statements to inform the public of the current performances of each ministry from the past week.
The Foreign Relations Ministry currently has a VACANT position for Foreign Relations Minister, after Countess Amelina Peirgarten's transfer to the Imperial Court. We wish her the best of luck with her new path and invite anyone who considers themselves appropriate for this position or ministry to directly contact the Lord Chancellor by letter to be involved in diplomacy missions and war assistance.

The Logistics Ministry, managed by Secretary Baron Ardige Viduggla, has spent this week hiring three new clerks to assist with internal affairs and has completed the second state ledger due to the regular additions to the state ministries. He also remains available to the Regalian Military and awaits their next deploy to manage the logistics. This ministry is NOT accepting new applicants.

The Finance Ministry, managed by Secretary Countess Madelyn de Azocoissia, has been consolidating separate state funds for easier use and cleaning up unnecessary repeats throughout all the finance registries. The Countess is available for contact again and can be found within the city to discuss ministry matters upon request. This ministry is accepting new members until stated otherwise.

The Arcane Ministry, managed by Secretary Sol Vivana Avalorn, continues to work on the matters declared in her last Arcane decree regarding court mages, alongside her usual details. As always, it is advised that any new court mages make themselves known to the Sol for documentation and full approval, alongside any dangerous unregistered artifacts. This ministry is accepting new members until stated otherwise.
The Belliard Representative, Grand Duke Dietrich von Drachenburg, and the Velheim Defense Fund Manager, Countess Kaya Sorenvik, will be omitted from the majority of Whip Decrees due to both of them communicating directly with the Lord Chancellor, though there will be occasional investigations from the Secretary Whip for the purposes of ensuring progress and maintaining communication across all state branches.
