@DrFong

A letter arrives to Senator Fong's door step. It is stained with meat drippings. It smells of mead and ale with a few red hairs stuck to it. It has strikingly poor grammar and spelling. It reads:

Shamukh, Senator Fong.

I be Oldor Proudhammer. Cheef of Proudhammer Clan. I herd that ye be joining in the fite against them elves. I be wishing to join ye. I be needing a good fite to practis these old bones of mine. I be a mastr axeman, having traind me hole lif. So I hope ye considur me fer helping yer fight against them elves. If ye have any questions, just be asking.

~Oldor Proudhammer

You know...there is a very desperate Drow Elf that would gladly take one of those positions. ;)

You Elves fight under my banner and I will see you are treated fairly when this is all done. As immigration official I can offer certain perks for non-human races. Perks like Regalian citizenship and lands and titles for war heroes.

My 11 baronies are marshaling for war, join us!

Ps I will be watching the fight from the deck of one of the many Regalian warships safely shelling the coast. Go team!

Wow....I was not aware that there was some form of board game being played out over these "baronies." That looks awesome. Someone invite me to their army!!

Would a yanar be able to join in the fight against the Talar? My character and her tribe aren't exactly fond of the Talar kingdoms.
:( I... I thought we were friends ;(

Btw... When the Regalian navy arrived at the Daendroc shores... they obliberated the east coast right? But did they have any ships along the west coast aswel? (since that fleet might have taken longer to reach its destination...)

Both Damion and Sorde are dead, and my yanar Acioa is quite the fundamentalist. She basically despises Talar because of how much they've abandoned the ways of the Yanar and Lothar.

Tevic has taken the life of one of the leaders, his own kin. The Elves of Daendroc will suffer under his steel boot and they will cower in fear by his mighty gauntlet.

A Neat Letter written to Dr. Fong:
I shall be joining you in war. Possibly along with me Brethren. Could I possibly get a letter sent back asking when we leave fer? As me and me brodders are to ave' a meeting in Four days time.

Sincerely,
Wolfryk Kundinmal

@MonMarty How would one apply for their Elf to become a Governor? It sounds like something my character would be good for.

@Green_Bandana Do you think you would put Dek in this to gain these "perks"?

Dear Senator Fong,
You don't know me, nor would I expect you to. Compared to the fame and wealth that you boast for yourself I doubt that I can come close. We come from different worlds, but I hope that our goals are similiar.
All that I ask of you is the chance to fight with your forces against the enemies of Regalia.

Sincerely,
Drust Noite.

They can, to my knowledge. Everything should be fine if they are collared. I have also met a few nobles yet who said they would glady take a mage, and I also know a mage who has been already recruited into war.
I read it was illegal to use mages in combat. But if that is wrong....

Nope. Mages cannot cast magic in Regalia (Unless its for the good of the people). Mages are hunted, screened, oathed, and collared before being released into regalia where they are watched.

If anything, mages would be rounded up and used in this war, mainly as behind the scenes support such as Healing Mages. Combat mages would probably be too few and far between to make even an eighth of a regiment.

Though if you have a combat mage, you could probably be apart of a retinue of a noble quite easily

Well, one was just had his hands burned off and then executed...

If they are insane, Stupid, or just cant live up to it they are killed for the "good" of regalia.

If a mage is found out, they should be sent to the Azure Order, unless its obvious they wouldn't pass (See stupid/insane) they get executed quite easily.

Last I checked the Azure Order is completely defunct...
When was the last time the Azure Order was even actually active?

Fire mages were used to great effect in my latest crushing naval victory. Long live Regalia!

Queen Arwen of Calarban, Queen of many Southern elves, opens the letter from Tildarin Quicksilver announcing that he has surrendered to Regalia. Immediately casting the letter onto the floor and ordering her servants to immediately burn it... Lest the common people hear of the danger they are in. Calling both her husband and her most trusted Military leaders into a war council, she realises that rallying the armies of Avallone and leading them to war may be the only way of saving their forest Kingdom.
Outside her palace she has great banners raised in the colours of House Calarban. Calling her allies from the kingdom of Edwyth, she remains in her private chapel praying to Estel that a path will be shown that enables her to stand strong and firm against the evil coming from Regalia...

@MonMarty At The very least an Elven Family should have a chance to attain glory in battle as much as any Regalian Nobility

After returning home from a long quest, Dargon was immediately alerted by one of his wife's personal guards. After hearing what the guard said, he immediately entered the council chambers. A long debate followed of what actions to take. Dargon stood up from his seat and said; It seems the time has come again for our kin to suffer. I will not allow any more of this pointless bloodshed. Send out the rangers to scout for refugees. We must do what we can to protect those who lost their homes. Going into open war won't gain us anything but suffering. Dargon takes a moment to think. He takes a deep breath before continuing; We must wait to see how these events play out. Any scout that either sets foot in our lands, or tries to bring word of our existence to our enemies, shall be detained until the situation changes. I will not risk the suffering of our people for others lust of war and power. With these last words he begins preparations. After which he joins his wife in the chapel.

(On short notice, We shall sit this one out untill the situation changes.)
