Most Women in Regalia would never have weapons. As they are too expensive.

 

So, what about a bodyguard for a Kade? How does that work? Cuz they are important, so the guard would need to be able to defend them against the psycho assassin who doesnt care about the law.

 

But no weapons are technically only for orcs.

 

Should We start distributing cheap weapons to the women of Regalia?

 

Nope, the message board outside the tavern also says all citizens. Also, weapons were never legal to carry. This says no Orc with armour and no fighting

I have no idea how well the Orc Pacifist Degree is going to work.... I wrote a little story about why not. It's a little rough, but true.

"BEER!!!!" yelled the party of Orcs, as they ran into the tavern. They spent all there money on the strongest of drinks, and as you can guess, they got drunk. As you can also guess, the bartender eventually ran out of drink. The leader of there party, as you can also guess again, the Orc's leader grew outraged, and for lack of a club, promptly shattered all the bones in the poor bartender's body, as well as the bones of anything who tried to intervene.

And that's why the Orc Pacifist Degree will never work! Good day to all you drunk Orcs!​

 

Why not have non alcoholic drinks specially for orcs?

 

I'm not much of an RPer but here is an idea you may or may not think is good, a black market could begin dealing weapons to orcs :3

 

And when that happens mad grandma is going to be there to start a club war.

 

and thsn all oter RP Chars will die horrible deaths
