    On Palests:
The Lifeguard Executive notes no legislative changes to palestry, but welcomes suggestions from the peerage to better-reinforce palestry as an honor and reward bestowed upon commoners of outstanding service to noble families.

The Lifeguard Executive particularly commends one Triss Aduro, a House Guard to House Sorenvik, as exhibiting the skill, loyalty and dedication to be adequately heralded as an example to all other palests present in the Holy City. It is with this in mind the Lifeguard Executive heavily beseeches House Sorenvik to administer the Oath of Palestry to officially swear Miss Aduro as palest to Archduchess Sivrid Sorenvik.
    • The Lifeguard Executive commends palest Isobel Lykke for consistent service to House Cadieux, especially given recent absences of the Grand Duke Caius Cadieux.
    • The Lifeguard Executive commends palest Lady-Sergeant Eponia Reinard for consistent service to House Howlester; particularly at noble assemblies.
    • The Lifeguard Executive approves of palest Alexei Reznikofinid’s service to Grand Duke Abelhard Petrou.
    • The Lifeguard Executive approves of palest Sibyllad Lykke’s service to Grand Duke Alastair Mac Conall.
    • The Lifeguard Executive notes the absence of palest Aesgeir av Hedryll to Grand Duchess Tuija Viduggla.
The Lifeguard Executive acknowledges no further palests in the capitol at this time, but encourages all nobility to heavily consider rewarding their closest comrades with the dignity and honor of becoming a palest.

    On House Guards:
The Lifeguard Executive only recognizes requests to register house guards from noble house heads; all other requests will be ignored to avoid bureaucratic redundancy and confusion. Additionally, the Lifeguard Executive notes all registered house guards must carry identification distributed at the time of processing ((Assume if you're on this list, you've got it)), which is the only form of identification required of house guards.

The Lifeguard Executive notes the following houses have been allocated arms and armaments permissions within the capitol for the purpose of guarding their respective nobles. :
    On House Castley:
Furthermore, the Lifeguard Executive, in consultation with the Violet Order’s Ducal-Commander Viggo Sorenvik, Defense Minister Grand Duke Jared Bancroft and Mercenary Executive Rodrigo Peirgarten, rejects Theopold Castley’s request to hire, utilize and assign weapon and armor permits to 13 of the 18 requested prospective house guards. This decision derives from Violet Order allegations of misconduct within the former Duke Kreiberg’s past house guards, the excessive nature of this request and anti-state sentiments expressed during noble assemblies.

This decision is able to be repealed through consistent demonstration of lawful conduct by House Castley’s guard. This decision may not be circumvented by the use of mercenaries as paid muscle.
