A PROCLAMATION

In light of the recent events...

1. House Kehlen can request a changing of titles all they damn well please, but until an investigation into the "Tyrannian-Winslough vs Kehlen" Incident is conducted by the appropriate authorities and the case is presented to the Judiciary or Crown, such requests will fall on deaf ears. The Interior State Minister publically requests the Hightower and Vigilant Shield City Guards open investigations into the full matter with all haste. On the subject of investigations...

2. The Fighter's Guild of which Garret Ames holds membership, and the Winslough House Guard of which one Bolverk Sterke-Enn holds membership, will be investigated by the Interior State Department, cooperating with the larger investigation of the "Tyrannian-Winslough vs Kehlen" Incident to determine if either organization failed in their given duties to the Realm.

3. The Interior State Minister will formally open a "Department" of skilled, trusted individuals to conduct detective-esque work and investigations within the Empire in tandem with the Judiciary. Such members will by and large be approached, but if one wishes to be interviewed for such a position, a private letter may be sent to the Interior State Minister, Jared Luchs Kade. As a separate note, the public list of all current Charter's with Rights has been published.

4. Should further open hostilities occur before the investigation can be concluded, The Interior Peace Minister will be deployed to deal with these squabbling houses. Be warned, and hold patience.​
