Regalian Restoration Fund

  • Allocate 4,000 Regals weekly to the Regalian Restoration Fund, a sum of money to be used for repairs and renovations within the city, to clean up the scars still present from the Clicker crisis, as well as any other damages done to the city, such as maintenance, clean up, or even beautification.

  • This fund would also help give those Regalians struggling to find work a chance to do so, since plenty of hands will be needed for all the labor that will be generated from the repairs.

Regalian Betterment Credit Line

  • This new program will allow those citizens who have ideas to better the City, or business ventures that they believe to be profitable, a way to gain funding for their projects easier. This program will not be for Nobles or Clandestine groups, but for those who do not make the large scale income required for ventures on their own. Each credit will be handled in a case by case basis, this includes amount, interest, or even need to be repayed. All credit lines will be applied for through Credit Admins, with final approval coming from the Finance Minister.

This is the first of hopefully many new programs for the betterment of the City and it's people. More programs will be steadily streamed in as demand, success of these, and funding permits.

Signed
His Excellency, Finance Minister Maximillian Black
