Regarding Ex-Mercenaries:
As of this date, the 17th of June, the Crown has disbanded all mercenary chapters and the permits of all mercenaries. With this occurring, all individuals that were registered for weapons and armor are now considered null to have permission to such arms, unless they have already been registered with a State Permit previously.
If you are in need of a permit following this order from the Crown, it is recommended that you get in contact with the Armament Officer as soon as possible, or approach the Officer while they are attending to permits outside of Greygate.

Regarding Availability:
It has come to the attention of the Armament Officer that there have been some complaints regarding accessibility and communication. Following this pointer from the Lord Commissioner, the Officer would like to firstly state an apology of absence. As such, all letters will be properly responded to. Additionally, they will continue their notifications regarding their presence at Greygate as has already been done.
The Armament Officer will not be at Greygate daily, due to their busy schedule and other responsibilities. Still, denizens can expect that the Officer will be present at least twice a week, if not more. If you can't get to one of these meetings, please schedule a private one with the Officer via letter.

The Officer would like to thank the patience of the Regalian People throughout their registrations, especially for those that appear during busier days and wait to be attended to. It is highly appreciated and makes the position a lot easier to handle.
