Hobbies: I love to read, though I'm generally picky about the genre and plot of books to read. Video gaming is my secret hobby, none of my friends are gamers - again, usually picky about the sort of games I play. Mostly RPGs, though I do play Halo with my mother, and sometimes my father, at least once a week (we both prefer Reach).

Animal watching is a hobby of mine, either on television or in the fields and forests around where I live. As for academics, I've always been good at and fond of math subjects. There's just something so immensely satisfying about distributing the '3' to '(x + 3)' and getting '3x + 9'. Algebra and calculus are my favorites - geometry and trigonometry, not so much.

Sport: Former red/black belt in Taekwondo, though I don't take lessons anymore.

Music: I listen to a lot of instrumental music - tons of movie and tv soundtracks - and also orchestral, band, and symphonic music. I have a pretty wide taste in music, mostly centered around composers I really love. Yoko Kanno, Frank Ticheli, Igor Stravinsky, Gordon Goodwin, Eric Whitacre, Hisashi Joe, John Powell, and Hans Zimmer, just to name a few of my top favorites.

When it comes to music with a beat, there aren't any artists whose style of singing or music makes me like them as a whole. More like, if I hear a song I like, I listen to it. Two exceptions are Jamiroquai and Parliment Funkadelic - partly influenced from my father, I love the genre of funk, and they are my two favorite artists in that genre.

Books: Fortress in the Eye of Time by CJ Cherryh is my absolute favorite book. I've probably fully read it, cover to cover, about ten times. The rest of the Fortress series is amazing as well, and I'm dearly hoping she continues the series. I also enjoyed the Ender series by Orson Scott Card, the Lord of the Rings series by JRR Tolkien, and Wicked by Gregory Maguire.

Special Talent/s: Surprising people with my lack of 'mainstream' knowledge, I guess? I lived a relatively sheltered childhood, plus I don't find enjoyment in many of the things most people my age do. I seem to have a talent for catching people off guard because of it.

I'm also fairly good at character creation and development, and have been told I'm a pretty good writer. I like playing around with symbolism, and also taking on cliches to try and make them non-cliche. It's how characters like my Massivecraft one, Faewyn, came about.

Disgrace to boys? Bah. My little brother dresses up in pink and frolics around in the flowers, doesn't like sport and plays dressing up games. Love 'em.

I like playing video games, especially Massive, because of all the new people I get to meet; am a huge instagramer and that's about it..I cook and bake and stuff, too. I LOVE sewing, too!
Sport?: I am on a swim team and I am a competitive figure skater, a runner for track at school and, that's pretty much it..
Music?: I enjoy all types of music, with no limitations of genre or artist, but I am usually inclined to songs that demonstrate actual skill, but I love runs and ad-libs and "choir-y" songs; current favorite artists would be those similar to Ariana Grande, Idina Menzel, Glee Cast, Wicked Cast, etc.
