Who we are. | What we do.
The Starsworn's purpose is twofold: though they primarily serve as the personal guard of Kaahl Sarnai, those within their ranks more regularly see use as a paramilitary force devoted to the protection of the Underworld from outside invaders.
The Sentinels are by no means a peacekeeping force; policing the underground and maintaining order is left to the Militia or other dedicated groups. Instead, the objectives of the Starsworn are as follows:
- Repel on-duty surface Guards.
- Repel surface-based mercenaries & bounty hunters.
- Protect undercity clandestine organizations from their state aligned counterparts.
In short: "defend our own from the guys on the other side."

Freedom of aesthetic and expression is highly encouraged among the Starsworn. For this reason, multiple uniforms are available with some degree of customization present in nearly every individual garb.
Similarly, the actual order is extremely diverse; no-one is excluded from applying, Kathar or otherwise, though denial may occur if the applicant possesses conflicts of interest with supporting organizations that pose a direct threat to the safety of the undercity.
