Below is a list of decrees and public notices from the Chancellory Offices, on the Sixth Day of the Tenth Month. These notices are made as a fuller Agenda Statement from the Chancellor, and as a means for the public to hold the State Secretaries accountable. Complaints concerning their performance remain open via the Secretary Whip's Office.

• On the Subject of the State Cabinet, The Secretary Whip notes the position of Kommandant of the Chancellor's Contingent is vacant, and the position of Landesgericht Inspector is under review. In addition, the Whip is surveying for new members of the Kanzlerrat (the Advisory Council to his High Eminence) and interested individuals, of the peerage, commoner class, or otherwise, are encouraged to write a brief letter to the Whip, stating their intent. • On the Subject of Accountability, The Secretary Whip publishes this report on all Secretaries and their performance in the last fortnight, for each of the Secretaries and State Officials of the Chancellory Cabinet.
  • Concerning the Secretary of Logistics, all ledgers and state records were adequately updated, and [[REDACTED]] was met with success, though recent scandals involving the Warfront will need addressing by his Office more immediately.
    • By the 15th of October, the Secretary of Logistics shall work in tandem with the Cabinet to host a Military Drive.
  • Concerning the Secretary of Foreign Matters, Secretary Typhonus will continue an ongoing series of diplomatic missions to [[REDACTED]]. He will also form a more consistent cabinet of advisors and diplomats to ensure speedy responses to the State's ongoing missions.
    • By the 15th of October, the Secretary will depart for [[REDACTED]], to improve relations with [[REDACTED]].
  • Concerning the Secretary of Financial Matters, whom did not put forth a means to improve state funds since the last decree, did at least assist in managing war funds on a base level.
    • By the 15th of October, the Financial Minister will propose and implement his financial reforms and address multiple complaints concerning his performance.
  • Concerning the Secretary of Arcane Matters, the new Arcane Minister, [[REDACTED UNTIL CHANCELLOR'S DECREE ON THE 7th OF OCTOBER]], will release a public statement of intent to the Whip's Office, to be ultimately released to the public.
    • By the 15th of October, the new Secretary will finish and implement their Law Reforms and work with [[REDACTED]] on the long term Magic-Relations duties of the State.
  • Concerning the Crookback Representative, policies were successfully amended as demanded two weeks ago, though a noted increase in dissent against the Council in Crookback is noted as "In need of Opposition by the Crookback Council".
    • By the 15th of October, the Crookback Representative shall present and put into place a reform to address the vampire and werebeast population within the militia.
  • Concerning his High Eminence, this week shall hold a public event wherein the public will be able to speak and converse directly with the Head of State and Cabinet, in an effort to better represent the wills of the people.

And of note, the Velheim Defense Fund Manager is omitted from the above due to their consistent communications and orders directly from his High Eminence.
