By the 1st of October, the Finance Secretary will enact the first of these measures and provide a notice of such to his High Eminence. Concerning the Secretary of Arcane Matters, this week, the exiting Secretary, Grand Marshal Reimar Typhonus, will be expected to hold counsel with the new Secretary, Prince Markus Delmotte, to ensure a smooth transition of policies and resources.
