What is the Unspoken Flame
The Unspoken flame is a newly risen organization run by Ravan, a man who has recently shown himself from the depth of the Crown City. He plans to raise a new chaos for the city. This guild is not for the light-hearted, there will be blood spilt in their name and no mercy will be bestowed upon those who curse it.
Unspoken Flame's intentions
The Unspoken Flame has many intentions, but its utmost intent is to cause pure chaos and to raise a new order from it. Those who are in the organization only follow the rules of the gang. The unspoken flame only guard themselves as well as their leader. Some may say this is foolish, but so long as the embers have air it will burn every last flame..
Positions/ranks
Store worker
Store workers can hold any titles, but these people primarily run the store and sell to the slum-goers. They can either be part of the gang or be completely separate from it. Even if you join just as a Store Worker you will still need to follow the rules of the Gang and be in uniform, though outside of the store you will no longer take orders.
The Coals (Formerly New Meat)
The newly joined members who have been inducted into the gang, a Coal is someone who still needs to learn their place and tasks within the gang and get a feel for everyone. They will be trained and themselves burned to ash before they progress to become a trusted member.
Burners
A Burner is a rank that displays those who know how to fight with both a trained and formed mind. They recieve a small budget and learn both offensive/defensive practices along with how to brew their own Alchemy. They can find themselves both in the front of the line and also collecting the ingredients of those higher-up. They are the most commonly used.
(Formerly Reaper) (The Flame of Hell)
An extremely versatile member of the gang who can both skillfully create alchemy and also fight a variety of foes. They have access to all supplies and most of the equipment that is used by the gang and they know how to create higher-tier brews along with ingredients. They are the higher, more instructive Captains of the group.
(Formerly Destroyer) (The Rising Smoke)
The aftermath of pure carnage and destruction--those who rise from the fumes of death the Fumes are the most skilled warriors and those who have not returned to ash but instead rise up. They receive full pay, all the equipment, supplies and support of those around them. Few will receive this rank before choking out. They can get the more exotic tools and ingredients for use and they are commonly the generals of the gang.
Gear
The outer layer is a thick mashed wool mended over a boiled leather, this uses a very cheap but very effective fireproof cloth. Boots are especially thick, with layers upon layers and go up to the thighs to avoid burning. The mask is the most iconic part of the uniform, it is shaped as an animal that is received on recruitment, with coal inside and a thin layer of cotton which slows down all gases raising the amount time safely spent in smoke. The inner layer of the gear is lined with hooks and handles to hold less used Alchemy and the belt is designed to hold the most commonly used Alchemy.
OOC Rules
# 1 You must Have Knowledge in all Alchemy, especially fire and flame-based
# 2 You must have a character with 15+ alchemy, if not your character will be set in as a front-line fighter or ranged until they learn or receive access to Alchemy products.
# 3 You must have an accepted character application to achieve higher ranks aboveBurner.
# 4 You must have Discord or plan on getting one.
# 5 You must be active with your gang character or at least side them/use them when needed.
