Perception​

Alphonse is first seen as a selfish Nelfin who wants nothing more than money, which is all true. He wants to live the high life, better than anyone else. Al may be selfish, but he is quite intelligent when it comes to fighting in general. He is seen as a low life who just wants to help those in need. The only problem is that everyone would also see him as a criminal, so he knows that everyone would try to get the law after him, if they can catch him that is. ​

Feelings​

Alphonse feels kindness towards his family, for he trusts them with his life. His "friends" however, he only uses them to get what he wants. He feels confident when he has a plan for his actions, allowing him to think clearly while still going through his life within the Slums. However, he tends to freak out when too many guards or people surround him because of his fear of enclosed spaces. Al likes to be up high and free of all of his problems, just to feel the wind flow through his hair as he thinks of his life. ​

Friends and Family​

Alphonse rarely makes “friends” unless he trusts them. However, his family is his top priority once he begins one. He wishes to take his time for the trust of others, weather they are planning to be pawns or family. He wishes to start a family with a lovely lady, but he knows that it would take some time to get what he wants, but he’s ready to do whatever it takes to defend. The only reason Al wouldn't defend his family is if they turned against him for any reason, he would kill them on sight if that were to ever happen.​

Morality​

Alphonse wants money and power to give himself and his future family what he wants so he didn’t have to live like a low life. The only problem he has is that he’ll have to get connections with other criminals, which might be able to prove useful to himself in the future or in the present. Al is a somewhat greedy Avanthar, but he wants to give what he has to his family once and if he gets one. He just keeps to himself until he finds someone worthy of his time. Al does like to have friends because he is able to call for help if needed.​

Life Story​

0-6 Years Old​

Alphonse was born to Fredric & Rosaline Garrison, who were both named that way due to entering into Alior Society, in Regalia on October 13, 246 AC. Fredric Garrison was a criminal at heart and so was Rosaline, but Rosaline decided to stay home to take care of Al when he was first born. During his younger years, he always watched his mother play a handmade lute that she created to help pass the time. On July 9th when 6 year old Al returned home from messing around the Slums, he found his mother shot with an arrow outside of their home. Al and his father held a small funeral for Rosaline, but something was off with his father. His father showed no emotions during the funeral and continued with life after. He began to question his father's thoughts, not sure why he'd react like that until forgetting about it a year later.​

7-13 Years Old​

When Al turned 7 years old, he decided to learn the art of archery so that he could take revenge on his mother’s killer with the same arrow with the hopes of serving justice for her. Al finally turned 10 years old when his father returned home with the news that he found his mother’s killer, saying that it was a crime lord who wanted revenge on his mother for marrying Fredric. Alphonse held hate within his heart as he wanted to see the crime lord die, but over time his father didn’t seem to care about the crime lord anymore.​

14-20 Years Old​

On Al’s 14th birthday, a “friend” that Alphonse found told him what really happened on that night, that his father was the one that killed his mother. After hearing those words, Al decided to murder his own father for what he has done. To give the horrible Avanthar he called his "father" the justice he deserved. But before leaving to find his father, the friend gave him an Arcol Recurve Bow and 5 arrows with the hopes of giving him a chance. The next day when Al’s father walked towards the door of their little home after returning from work to where an arrow shot right through his chest. When Fredric fell down onto the ground, he turned around with his small strength to see his killer. Once he turned, he noticed his son standing in front of him with an Arcol Recurve Bow in his right hand and 5 arrows with his left. They didn’t have to exchange words, for they knew what they were saying to each other. After that day, Al continued on with life to keep on fighting for survival and to keep moving.​

21-27 Years Old​

The next several years gave him more skills and more challenges. He earned many “friends” who came and went, never being able to find a girlfriend. He continued to train himself in archery since he already started to train himself, but he’s started to train with a small axe for close quarter combat. Most of his time was kept to himself, just trying to survive with what he could get his hands on.​

Present Time​

Now, Al is continuing to try to get a girlfriend and getting in a mercenary gang. Weather he’d get on the good or bad side of the law, he’ll be happy where ever he goes. As long as he doesn’t end up in prison for a long time. He’s just hoping that everything ends well in the end for himself and maybe a future family. For now though, he has seen many horrors of the Sanguine Curse from fighting a Varlord to being bitten by a Sanguine while wearing the Holy Bangle of Unionism.​
