The Regalian Sewers is a dark place. Full of bandits and murderers which would kill you just for the sake of it. But what is most dangerous is the unnatural, the things which one would consider magical. Mages, vampires and all kind of things that an average man would call monster.
The Twilight Order are men trained to be expert vampire hunters and fighters of the unnatural, one could call them bounty hunters, as they could seek a dragon to kill for the right price, but they are commonly seen as vampire hunters. They come from the eastern sewers and only recently have seen the central sewers dwellers.
Vampires and other monsters call the sewers their home. In the days of today, walking in the sewers is dangerous and safety is nowhere, only violence can be found. The central sewers dwellers have brought such beasts with them to the Eastern side, it is the duty of The Twilight Order to get rid of such creatures for gold.
Vampire Extermination/Hunting: The Twilight Order has acess to advanced alchemy and weapons to fight vampires, including potions to see in the dark, holy water, Nenya Stakes and several other equipments/potions/magics. This commonly happens even without the need of payment.
Mage Hunting: One could give the Order a bounty to hunt a certain mage, they are trained and are expected to understand and know all forms of magics, their weaknesses and effects.
Relic Finding: One could hire the group to try to find a specific rare objects across the world via player quest, be it the bones of dragons in solangia or a seraph temple, the limit is your imagination.
Monster Assassination: Similar to the Relic Finding. One could request for a part of the beast to be taken or simply a kill, it could be anything such as a medskala for example, even creatures presumed instinct such as feathered dragons could be the target for a hunt.
Scouting: Need someone to protect you while you go in the sewers? No problem, just give us a bit of gold for it and no one shall touch you.
Sellswords: Does your gang/cult need some help? Pay the right ammount and we shall join your side and fight as your allies.
Training: The group could train a certain person, be it as a monster hunter, vampire hunter, swordsman, magic or teach you about the world and the monsters which exist in it.

The Twilight Order Members, more often than not, know the following things:
How each bloodline works and how to fight against each, developing technics to fight against them. They as well teach how to use holy water and Nenya stakes in combat.
Advanced knowledge in alchemy to know what each potion does and how to use them for their own benefit, an example would be obscura or Spirit's Sight in a creative way to deal with problems.
Fighting with a weapon.
Knowledge about different forms of magic and what they do.
Knowledge of monsters and fauna around Aloria.
