I write this message to assert my position on the protest being held today in Crookback reguarding the Lothar Order, the Bloodcast Order will be acting as Peace Keepers of the Emperor, we will allow our citizens we serve to have their voice spoken, but any violence will not be tolerated and will be swiftly dealt with. We hope as much as anyone else that this can be resolved without the need for bloodshed as it would be a great tragedy to allow Crookbackian soil to be stained with any freshly split blood. In any event, any strikes against the Emperor and the Empire as a whole will not be tolerated and will have you arrested. Happy protesting!

The actions against your Order have not gone unnoticed in what you have been doing in Crookback, this protest is not against your values of an Order, rather a hope that the Lothar Order learns through our citizens cries that things improve, I wish to see such progress myself, any strike against the protest will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly, however. We will ensure no harm comes to any of your own. Do note that any counter protest will be told to leave immediately as to safeguard the protest we are sponsoring under Bloodcast job Protest Guard lines five and six.

In a perhaps ironic concord, Count Norinn of Penfork, whose wife is a Knight-Captain of the Viridian Order, expresses his approval with the Bloodcast Order's prerogative, believing that violence would be a symptom of the uncivilized and that the good order should be upheld despite any passions which may arise.

Furthermore, Count Norinn applauds this act as a step toward reconstituting civility and implores all Knight Orders to work together for the sake of the mandate of order and stability within the Empire.
