Statement From The Lothar Order: On Sinistral Magic

STATEMENT 12/21/311 AC:
By order of the Majors with support from the Captains and assembled Rank-Knights of the Lothar Order contingent stationed in Regalia, the public are urged to consider a new policy that the contingent will be observing. This policy is hereby named the Sinistral Magic Deterrance Act and will be observed in standing until removed. The policy is as follows:

• Mages known to have cast sinistral magic will be tracked and detained by the Lothar Order. This is not retroactive; previously punished instances of law-breaking may not be be used to malign an individual under this policy.
• Civilians are requested to assist in this missive by reporting sightings of sinistral magic usage, no matter where it has been seen.
• Mages detained for sinistral magic usage will be reported to the Metropolitan. If they resist detainment, force will be used in excess.
• Citizens who are known to have witnessed sinistral magic usage without reporting will be noted by the Order for collusion and placed on watch.

This policy goes into effect presently, today the twenty-first of December 311 A.C.
