Ban(s)/Jail(s)/Mute(s): I was punished for swearing at another player in direct message, I said "love." I was punished for back talking staff, this I do not have an excuse for that, though I can promise it will not happen again.

Reason you want to apply: Javier is already a bouncer at the crooked cauldron, and I think he is more than capable of assisting you guys in more ways than one. He's unpredictable though, usually triggered by key words. He enjoys spending time with the members, and I want to play his story out further, and this seems like the perfect way to do so.
One roleplay weakness: Most likely getting confused in a combat roleplay, but I am improving this.
