The Guardians of Chance
House Morgann Family Guard

The Guardians of Chance are a recently formed guardsman charter that serves under Noble House Morgann, originating in their capital state of Locarnio, these unconventional guardsmen serve the Morgann name as faithful and proud guardsmen.

The Guardians, originally comprised of mob members and gangsters, are now a fully organised force of creative and intelligent individuals who will proudly serve the Morgann family through trouble and toil. The guardians now receive full training, a place to live and a stable fund to provide for their kin and themselves.

These more organised fighters became an efficient combative force within the Locarnian reaches, a nigh impenetrable defense thanks to their quick thinking and tact. Through their lucky escapes and victories, their name was gained.

Rights:

• Rights to wear A cuirass/chest-plate of plate armor of any kind. (arms/neck/head may not be armored)
• Rights to wear a chainmail skirt/hip-guard, no further armor. (legs/feet may not be armored)
• The right to bear weapons in open carry, but not military grade.
• The right to defend any member of a Noble household from aggression.
• The right to perform citizen arrests on attackers against said Nobles.
• The right to transfer citizen arrests to City Guard Authorities
• House Guards may simultaneously have employment in Law Enforcement Charters.

Limitations:

• House Guards may only be a member of one House Guard at a time.
• House Guards may never act as the aggressor and only defend during attacks.
