Founded for those with a desire to make the unknown known.
[The Eledhwen Exploration Guild (henceforth referred to as the E.E.G.) is an independent entity from House Eledhwen which acts solely as a sponsor for the company. It holds no political ties and was created for the sole purpose of propagating scholarly pursuits relating to history and research around the archipelago and beyond.]
Exploration and Research Projects
The E.E.G was created by Baroness Cinna Eledhwen with the hopes of establishing an easily accessible entity that could act as a broker between commoners with dreams of pursuing the unknown, and nobles looking to fund certain fields of research and study. In order to manage this, commoners are requested to submit a proposal to the company for approval, at which point it will be posted to the notice board below. A proper proposal should include...
- Topic to be researched.
- Hopeful findings.
- All members of the research team.
Topic: Exploration of Solangeria / Alchemy Research / Metallurgy Research — this should be vague yet summarize what exactly you're wanting to do.
Hopeful Findings: Our team aims to uncover further uses of alchemy through the study of various flora native to Drowda. (This section can be more detailed if you wish, though must expand upon the topic and let potential clients know what you're aiming for).
Team Members: Cinna Eledhwen (S0uled), John Smith (001100), Renley Todd(110011), etc.
Hopeful Findings: Our team aims to uncover further uses of alchemy through the study of various flora native to Drowda. (This section can be more detailed if you wish, though must expand upon the topic and let potential clients know what you're aiming for).

In addition to the above, Nobles may also opt to act as 'sponsors' of the company (free of charge) to provide a list detailing the fields of study that they are interested in funding. By doing so they gain the ability to submit job requests to be posted to the board below. Noble job requests can be as vague or detailed as they wish, so long as they make it known what sort of individuals they are looking for.
At times the company will also post jobs of its own, usually intending to pursue some large-scale expedition to lands beyond the Archipelago. These are however quite expensive, so it will be some time before they happen. Keep your eyes peeled though!
Archaeology
With the recent surge of archaeological exploits around the archipelago, a new opportunity has also arisen. If you believe you have skills that could prove useful in such projects, please pen a letter to Baroness Cinna Eledhwen (post below, over PMs, or Discord). She aims to create a public list for members of the peerage to review should they be in need of aid beyond their immediate social circles. This letter should include…

- Brief paragraph selling yourself to potential clients.

- I've been slowly working away at this idea for some months now, never truly sure if it would be worthwhile to finalize it. Though with the recent release of the Archaeology system I figured now is a good a time as any. One thing I'd like to mention is that the Regalian University is a wonderful alternative to this and does offer the chance at research projects and more, so if you haven't already be sure to check that out as well.
