[Preamble]

This decree marks the second of my tenure, and in it will be printed information regarding matters of divisions, their purposes, and how one can apply for recruitment into them. Furthermore, I've decided that 'interviews' for True Patriotic - Especially for Aristocratic Houses is fundamentally flawed. Simply because Houses that act in a truly patriotic way will not think to reach out to me to prove it. They will simply, do.

[Divisions]

I. Soldiers Division - Senior Officer of Soldiers - [VACANT]
Individuals who possess express battle capabilities.

Individuals with medical, or supportive capabilities.

III. Communications Division - Senior Officer of Communication [VACANT]
Individuals who specialize in communications with Societal and State powers.

[True Patriotic]
I. Purpose
The purpose of establishments being named TRUE PATRIOTIC is to identify locations and future events where any from a new recruit to a seasoned serviceman can find common ground to meet in a neutral environment, or be offered sorely needed services for their dedication to the Empire.

II. Expectations
Covered in Decree One, the expectations of establishments that wish to be labeled or are already labeled are as follows. For the establishment to exemplify extraordinary customer service towards the target demographic, to be affiliated with pro-state organizations and not fall to the whims of anti-patriotism groups, and for the history of them and their staff to be upstanding and clean. SPECIFIC EXCEPTIONS ARE LISTED.

[Overview of Changes or Updates Since Last Decree]

I. Aristocratic families need not apply for True Patriotic status. This status shall be rewarded at the discretion of the Tenpenny Ministry, and evaluated by undoubtedly Empire-serving behavior and action.

The Tenpenny Minister wishes to make it clear that recruitment is an exceedingly simple process, and at this moment in time our ranks are open for all forms of people to rise in leadership and skill.
