Questing Plugin Open For Beta Testing!

Yeah I'm working on more quests right now. One might involve feeding this stray cat in Regalia called Tabby the Cat. Anyone noticed him yet? He's actually out there already.
Tabby is one of my street cat friends if you see him tell him to come see me :D

Of note, was not expecting the additional items from each person, but the quests are magnificent. Lost the naga sword since inventory was full at the time, but completed the chain of quests and highly recommend it.

Just another reason to get premium, in the world of Massivecraft. I can't wait to see where this takes us!
I have a bug fix created for this. The next time I update the server the issue will be fixed. If there is not enough room you will get a message saying "You must have at least X empty slots in your inventory.".

Could we send in creations for this wonderful world perhaps? Or maybe even have a creative world dedicated to the creating of structures and terrain for this world? I know it may be a little oftopic to surgest anything:$ but wouldn't it be great if the community could come and create wonderful stuff for you 'the staff' to use for this world?:)

Quest: "The Search for the Missing Play Prop"
Synopsis: Find William Shake's spear.
Giggle.

I really love the quest. I saw many places in Regalia I never knew existed, and had fun completing it with a few friends.

I have one thing to add.

Halway through the quest, directions to objectives became skimpy, and eventually dropped off completely. I wouldn't have finished the quest if it weren't for having a guide who had already done the quest.

This bugfix is live on the server now. Thanks again for mentioning it.

We will create dedicated quest maps. Maps that are just full of quests and NPCs. In this sense instances and quests will coexist and the current instances will be questified :)

For these maps, may I ask for differing rewards? For example, the gift of food in the first quest line does.... well, absolutely nothing for Dakkar and Maiar. In the form of travel, there is also the consideration of how the races plugin shall work. Were it not for the nobles' fountain, one hp potion II, and three swiftness potions at 40% speed increase, I would have died while finding the mausoleum- so I am...nervous, to be blunt, of how the interaction on these new maps will work.

Thoughts?

I noticed this as well, and am working on fixes to the text.

I really found it quite the charm. Although i had problems finding the library (Ran around the building about five times without finding the bloody scribe!) even though i didn't finish it since i didn't have time, i think it is absolutely fantastic!
Only some things i'd like to point out:
  • I found it quite hard to find some locations, and nearly gave up a few times. Perhaps some signs or naming roads/streets could help with direction? Something like: "Singer Michelle: Go west from the Tavern, taking *Knowledge Street* and..." or similar. Naming the streets throughout the city could help a whole lot more with other things too, such as advertising in General, saying "The house is located at the street in front of the cathedral!" Saying something with a name.
  • I really liked how when you stepped into certain places a message pops up describing the scene before you, that was capital!
