Archived Polishing Traits

There is an essential yet simple feature missing from the traits plugin: Proc notifications.

Adding proc notifications would create a much more polished feel. For instance, where would McMMO be if it did not provide you with proc notifications?

All I am asking for is a way to tell when you Harmstrike/armorpenstrike an enemy.

**ENEMY HARMED**
**YOU HAVE BEEN HARMED**
**ARMOR PENETRATED**
...etc

This has already been suggested by multiple people from the PvP comunity in a private conversation with a few of the staff members. In fact I'm pretty sure that @Alj23 even wrote this in the bug report that was sent to Cay (we reported quite a lot of bugs). I support the idea 100% though
