The yellow-stained notices would be shrouded through the city, on the sides of buildings, and various noticeboards. The writing was legible. All notices were stamped with the sigil of balance, a common symbol used by the Old Guard.

• Wanted for several counts of assault on both Regalian Citizens and Regalian Law Enforcement Charters in recent encounters and past.​

• Wanted for Resisting arrest of Regalian Law Enforcement Charters.​

• Wanted for Trespass on the property of Regalian Residents.​

• Wanted for Stealing and Damaging the property of Regalian Residents.​

• Wanted for casting Occult Abilities in a building while there was a bar by the owner or head attendant against such.​

• Wanted for utilizing Occult Abilities which were harmful, unwanted, and affected others negatively.​

• Wanted for Using Occult Abilities to attack another citizen or non-citizen residents.​

Message to the People:

Let it be known that coin will be offered soon for Hagmer- Dead or alive by delivering him to Grey Gate. Anyone who is caught assisting this Monster will be greatly punished, to serve as an example of what happens to the Enemies of the Regalian Empire. In the eyes of the Guard and the Public- from here on out, he is deemed to be Black Status Persona, according to Arcane Law. It is recommended that if you take on the beast, that you do it in a numerous group to increase the chances of success.
