Reports of a notorious criminal, known only as "Le Fantôme d'Ithania," have caused alarm in the city of Regalia after the individual made a bold arrival. This mysterious figure, hailing from the distant land of Ithania, has a reputation for brazen heists and cunning escapades that have left authorities stumped and citizens wary.

Le Fantôme's most recent exploits include a daring robbery at the estate of Count Henri de La Fontaine, where valuable documents and contracts worth 12,000 regals were stolen. The Count, a prominent figure in the Ithanian aristocratic circles, was left reeling from the audacity of the theft, which has sent shockwaves throughout the community.

In another audacious act, Le Fantôme infiltrated Ithania's high society by posing as a nobleman, allowing them to gain access to exclusive events and gatherings. During this time, the criminal seized the opportunity to steal a prized painting valued at 1,000 regals. However, investigations later revealed that the artwork was a clever forgery, adding insult to injury for its aristocratic owner.

Furthermore, Le Fantôme has been linked to a series of inexplicable assassination attempts across the city, with targets seemingly chosen at random. The motive behind these acts of violence remains unclear, only adding to the fear and uncertainty gripping the citizens of Ithania.

As law enforcement agencies work to apprehend the elusive criminal mastermind, the arrival of Le Fantôme d'Ithania has cast a shadow of unease over the once peaceful streets of Regalia. With each daring escapade, the legend of this dangerous individual grows, leaving residents on edge and authorities determined to bring an end to the reign of terror that has descended upon their city.

A young changeling would be interested in meeting this Fantom...if they could read. The art was enough to interest them at the very least, and the murmuring of those that viewed the notice told them the rest.
