CONCERNING THE FORMATION OF THE REGAL FREEDOM FACTION
A PROCLAMATION

In the spring of 309 AC, the Imperial Faction was formed, and now in the turn of a new year takes a new name: The Regal Freedom Faction. This faction stands as a pro-Regal, pro-Crown cluster defined by the individual merits of the voices belonging to House Bancroft and Clan Morathes. House Bancroft, a group of Anglian and Isldarrin Kade-Loyalists with strong ties to Dragon Worship, tend to care more deeply about personal freedoms and societal progress in the Empire. Their patriarch is Duke-Elector Arahael of Draackenrust. Clan Morathes, are themselves newer Noble family of practical sensibilities and progressive politics. They are led by Countirh-Elector Nefer of Khemraqot. Recently, Countess-Elector Aleksandra Dragic joined their fold.

Presently, the Regal Freedom Faction publically strives to...
- Secure Religious Site freedoms in Anglia and the Capital
- Research ongoing crises and determine probable causes of future ones
- Safeguard the lasting influence of the Emperor through pro-Crown legislation

There are three proclamations declared by this faction:

• Proclamation I, Balance - The Regal Freedom Faction stands by the sentiment that old traditions of culture and peoples may persist, but change is imminent. The art of Regal Culture is the understanding and acceptance of change, but also the embrace of the patterns of tradition that made a people what they are today. Growth in balance does not occur until there is comprehension in what is needed in order to benefit the Empire and what must be targeted in order to achieve it.
  
  
• Proclamation II, Exceptionalism - The Regal Freedom Faction is united by the core ideals of regal culture: The uplifting of equality on an emotional and intellectual scale, tearing away gender norms, Regalian military exceptionalism, and pro-Unionist policy sentiments. The Empire will shatter from the exercising of imperialism and oppression, and only through the might of the Crown under Regal banners will individuality, exceptionalism, and diversity build a foundation for strength. The Empire stands strong because of its diverse people and its emboldening Imperial Core.
  
  
• Proclamation III, Beacon - The State thrives with pro-Crown ideals, and the Regal Freedom Faction sees a future in guiding the people to a unified, central leadership. To proclaim anything with the mouthpiece of Regal Culture, this faction understands that their opinions may be controversial against the words of cultural entrenchers, but to see the Empire excel towards a brighter future this must be done. In the pursuit of growth comes the hardship of change; uphill, challenging, and imminent, the Regal people must rise to face it to be a light for those to follow them.
