New Faction Assistance

This thread is for those newblets out there who have a faction and need help, this will vary in three kinds of help,

Resources
These are the base needs for a faction, they come at a free price depending on your situation
Financial
This is tax, for financial help, you will pay a 10 regals more then it was in a certain amount of time
Desperate Aid
This is for factions that are new and about to collapse, including: indirect recruiting, building, and protection,

Requirements:

• For desperate aid, you will need to have less then 4 members, 1 officer, inactiveness, and enemies that declared war on you
• Resources, you will need to actually be attempting to gain resources by yourself, fakeing this will result in a complete shutdown on resources going into it, and maybe even raids if it was serious
• Financial, this has no requirements
