Hello MassiveCraft!
I think it'd be a great idea to bring back the welcome message for new players joining Ravanna, Essa, and Ithania.
Right now, it's easy to miss when someone new shows up, but with a proper message, it'd be way easier for faction leaders to spot and engage them. A lot of factions are eager to recruit, and having a clear message would give them a chance to reach out, offer help, and bring in new members.
It's a simple change, but it could make a big difference in keeping the server feeling active and welcoming. Plus, new players would have a smoother start if they got a friendly message pointing them toward help or community links.
