Hey there. Maybe you have misunderstood how the magic system works on this server. Magic is something currently exclusively being used in roleplay (although there have been plans of enabling it via plug-in, too). You don't need to find a mentor to teach you, simply add a mentor to the backstory of your character or find someone in roleplay. The latter may however be a hard task, considering how magic is outlawed in Regalia.
