This treaty herein places the regions of Lorenthaus, ran by Countess-Electress Peirgarten, and the regions of Vicieux, ran by Baron Peirgarten, under word and signage of future peace and cooperation in working alongside one another in future endeavors.
This treaty puts forth the following stipulations:
- 30,000 Regals paid to the Baron Peirgarten, from the Countess-Electress, to fix any injustices committed against the Ithanian people and their lands by August 30th 308.
- House Peirgarten will demobilize their army within the span of two weeks. This does not include their standing army.
- The Countess-Electress Peirgarten and the Baron Peirgarten will not move against each other anymore. This includes, but not limited to:
- Sabotage against either parties.
- Subterfuge against either parties.
- Politically moving against each other.
- Moving in any way that would halt either party's own ruling of their own lands.
- The Countess-Electress and the Baron do not have to share alliances between other families, but if a party of an alliance they are tied to gets involved in a conflict with either the Countess of the Baron, neither the Countess or the Baron will involve themselves in said conflict in any form of aid.
- Should the Baron not uphold this treaty, the province of Meuberge and a sum of 80,000 regals will be given to the Countess. Should the Countess not uphold this treaty, the province of the Hinterlands and a sum of 80,000 regals will be given to the Baron. This part of the treaty shall not be fulfilled if either party intentionally causes the other party to fail their part of the treaty.
- This treaty shall last a month, and will be reviewed on the 30th of September, 308 A.C.
