Legal Finance Ministry Abolition Payment Plan

The Legal Finance Ministry wishes to make it clear that any and all members of Nobility should read the contents of this document IN FULL, as they contain CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on what to do, and when funds should be spent. Any who do not read the proclamation, and act against it, the Legal Finance Ministry will not take responsibility for.

In the following weeks, the Legal Finance Ministry will be implementing the below plan for payment of Abolition efforts in the Archipelago. It is the belief of the Legal Finance Ministry that the Nobles of the Archipelago should pay for the Archipelago's needs, and that such financial burden shall not be further shouldered by suzerain states. The Legal Finance Ministry has taken note of excessive waste of funds, over extended periods, by such Nobles, and therefore, the payment plan shall be scaled that those who have wasted the most, shall indeed spend the most. Since it is clear to the Ministry that they have no other use for the money.

After internal Audit, the list is scaled to the following:

This listing will form the scaling tax bracket for which the Abolition efforts are paid off. Bills will be sent to Houses by the Finance Ministry, and houses should NOT independently send funds to the Finance Ministry, but instead pay bills as they come.

In addition, with the consideration of Civil Unrest, the following Houses are encouraged to immediately deploy their, or another House's Armies in their lands to prevent unrest. Or, speak to the Legal Finance Minister for when they should deploy. This should be done POST HASTE, so that efforts of Abolition may begin in full. Failure to do so in a timely manner will lead to the Legal Finance Minister deploying Abolition funds without consultation.

Finally, requests for specific Tech deployed may be made to the Legal Finance Ministry before payment is made. Please note, this is only applicable to Fold provinces, as the Minister will not allow, say, House Sorenvik to decide what type of Automatons should exist in House de Azcoissia lands.

• It is very, very important that you read all of this. The way I have set it up will be relatively simple. You just you come talk to Madelyn IC to have your army deployed to prevent unrest, then wait for a bill to show up in a prog, and you pay it, and move the army as required. This requires active attention-paying to what is going on in progs, and what I am doing as Finance Minister.
• Also, please note that changing the "mechanical type" of the Automatons (clockwork, magitech, klokktech, etc) is just an aesthetic skin change, and does nothing to alter the function of the robots.

If anything those slave drivers should be the ones paying up to the people they formally kept as reparations to the damage they have done over the years."
