In an effort to bring forth solidarity and charity to the Crown City, her Ladyship of the noble House Ombre has established La Émanation de Sérénité. A place for those without coin and cloth to find shelter from not only the cold cobblestones of the Regalian streets, but also the chaos of the city. It is within the fine walls of the building, conveniently located behind the Golden Willow Tavern, that any can may receive a steaming hot cup of Ombre™ tea, graciously donated Harhold grain turned to warm and delicious baguettes, or even a place to sleep for free.

As one can assume, the tea house is a charity and is thusly supported by the work and aide of not only the Countess Olivia Ombre, but many others. The following charitable and generous individuals, houses, and organizations are all active donators to La Émanation de Sérénité.

It should be noted that La Émanation de Sérénité is proud to serve and aid the Aurelius Manus organization in providing whatever drink, food, or bedding they can to any patients of the sister charity.

It is with great joy and pride that La Émanation de Sérénité serves the following, free of charge:

Black Bread
Hearty Whole Wheat
Carrot Bread​

In addition to quality food and drink, the following amenities are available for free:

¤ Bed

Please speak with the Maître or, if he is not available, any other staff member to reserve a bed. If a bed is truly needed and no staff is available, feel free to claim any unattended bed.

These beds are in a communal setting and as such, guest are expected to be courteous with one another. Should any problems arise, offending parties will be swiftly escorted from the premises.

¤ Prayer Room

A nondescript shrine is available, alongside countless shelves full of hymnals, prayer books, and other religious text of Sancella and Priscelle origin. Any and all guest are welcomed - and encouraged - to seek guidance from the Spirit during their stay.

With such charitable work being available, La Émanation de Sérénité offers two forms of employment for those interested, volunteer work for those of nobility or paid service for any others, as well as a variety of jobs.

¤ Maître de Félicité - Monsieur Mateo Silva [ @MrH_ ]

The Maître de Félicité, or Master of Bliss in Common, is in charge of maintaining the day to day functions of the charitable tea house. This position may be filled by a volunteer or paid employee.

¤ Le Sommeliers

The general staff of the tea house, the Sommeliers tend to the bar and food stuffs of the establishment. This includes brewing tea, baking bread, taking orders, and serving drink and/or food.
​

¤ Le Chambellan(s)

Masters of the house in a sense, the chambellan(s) attend to the many peoples who call La Émanation de Sérénité a temporary refuge. They keep the sheets clean and fresh, building maintained, and do their best to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
