Is hidden magic something that only staff can do, or is it more of a permission magic? I really want to know how this works because it would be awesome to use, anyway thanks and bye.

It's a special permission thing. You'd need to write a character application and include that your char has the magic. If it gets approved, you'd register in the special permissions section and that's it.

Hello! Hidden magic is a thing any can do, if you meet the requirements!
You need the following:

• An approved character in the staff review section following this template.
  • An example application can be found here.
• A registry under the Special Permissions, given that your application is approved with said permission.
