There are a bunch of references (as well as a few drawings) in my character app. The skin below shows him with short hair, but feel free to go with the longer hairstyle (as I have more refs for it).

Materials to Integrate- Leather (boots, belt, sheath, beltpouch), linen (pants, undershirt, overshirt), wool (cowl (the black thing on my current picture)), metal (weapon)
Accessories to Include(armlets, hood, belts)-
Belt, cowl, sheath, longsword, beltpouch.
And lastly, attach one or two references: No reference yet apart from the skin, I put in references of the sheath, blade and a facial description, though.

Spoiler: Face Description

Mance's dark brown hair reaches slightly further down than his shoulders, and although it curls slightly, it is combed straight to the sides of his head, showing a part of his broad forehead. Further down, his face becomes more slim, not having very broad jaws, and his chin ends in a slight point. On these jaws, a neatly maintained goatee holds place, extending less than an inch from under his chin. Lightly colored, narrow lips are set beneath his narrow nose, which' bridge extends to almost above his green-grey eyes. He usually has a strict, if not annoyed look on him due to his dark eyebrows, fitting his usual formal character. Broad shoulders extend from his slim neck, and although he looks average of weight under his clothing, he weighs almost 210 lbs with his six feet height, giving him a combination of muscle and weight, useful in fights.

Brief clothing description: Mi-Sung is poor, her clothes are not at all in the best of condition. Red, loose top. baggy pants. Socks with wooden slat shoes. Sometimes a coolie too.
Brief body description : Petite. Yellow-bronze skin, pale gold eyes, black hair.
