This is an awesome idea! Would this be the kind of thing you'd have to pay regals for? And maybe if you do it, you get certain privileges. Also, if the players had to be on continuously to attend classes, that might cause some trouble with timing/dating irl.

I think it would sort of be like you have to meet up with your professor(s) whenever they're online and they teach you cool stuff.

Yeah you would have to organize that with your professor, but I also want to have maybe two days of the week where everyone tries to get at the same time for classes. It all depends on when the members would be able to get on.
 
Lets brainstorm on a name for this thing. These are my ideas. Not very creative hahaha.
  • Woodlind University/Academy
  • White Pine Academy
  • Academy of the Magical Arts
  • Kohra University/Academy
  • Void University/Acedemy

I like White Pine Academy.

I'd also like to throw out The College of Estel and Behesael.
 
What about naming it after whoever founded it? Though I feel "Void", "Behaesal", or anything demonic related shouldn't be used. Also, maybe the college should have a mission statement explaining their goals and such. That might also help think of a name.

Oh not a bad idea. Short phrase like "train of thought" or something like that? Obviously wouldn't be using that though. The character that will be opening the college is Dimitri Aeglosslim, so I thought that might sound a little awkward? Maybe it's just me though

Dimitri acadamy sounds really cool to me I really like it.
 
I guess Aeglosslim academy doesn't sound to bad (a-glos-lim)
 
By mission statement I mean like about a paragraph of the college's goals and such, the kind of thing you'd usually see engraved on a plaque somewhere. Will the college mainly be for learning? Defense? Research? That might help with a name. Like the Seraphim University of Magical Research or something. Aeglosslim Academy sounds fancy too.

Nah man. Both Ithania and Fendarfell have massive restore and are safe from deletion. However, I would stay away from Fendarfell, seeing as it's extremely over populated :p

~Update~
I have found a spot in Jorrihld, and started flattening.
Almost completed the college in my creative world, so I should be building it on the server within the next month.
I have decided on the name of the college: Seraphim Academy.
Starting to think seriously about lore of the college, and role play aspects of it.
No reply from staff, so it looks like I will be doing without.

I'm looking for supply donations! If you want to donate any building supplies let me know!​

Yup! It's still a thing! I'm just taking my time building the college on the server for whatever reason. It should be open for business no later than Christmas! I would greatly appreciate supply donations, I will favorite you IG and try to get ahold of you.

I would love to write books for the library if I have time! One thing though, you can apply to be the lightning magic professor when the time comes, here on the forums. I will be making anyone and everyone who wants to be involved with the college do so. My apologies.

~ I have a sufficient amount of supplies to finish the college.

As I said, I have very few supplies and am a pretty awful builder, but I would very much like to help write lore for the college.

~ Professors of the magic types listed in the OP (must be an expert in magic field you are applying for)
~ Guards
~ Doctors and Nurses
~ Recruiter
~ Gardeners
~ Servants/Butlers/Maids (possibly paying position)
~ Chefs
~ Secretary

I recommend applying for a Servant/Butler/Maid if you feel that you don't fit any of these positions well, there will be chances for promotion to better positions! You can apply for any of the following positions by filling out the application in the spoiler, and by sending it to me via conversation here on the forums. Applications left in comments will be ignored.

Until I found a expert Ice mage I was going to teach the class myself, so go for it! No worries if you would prefer to be a student though. Although I'm not 100% sure we will teach this form of magic even though I would like too. I will have to wait to see how things will play out.
