The link above it to the "Better Animal Models" mod. Simply put, it changes the animal models to look more realistic. I bring this up as I would like to see it added to the server-approved mods list. It adds cosmetically to the game, much like "Better Foliage" without giving any advantage to the players who use it. I have tested it in a multiplayer environment without any issues. I feel this would make a great addition to the server mod list.

I would also like to see a possible texture support for the mod. The textures are not connected in any way to the vanilla animal textures. As such, they have their own textures. I feel like texturing them would also make more players want to use them, as they wouldn't look out of place.

Anyways, thank you for reading, and have a Massive day!

the mod looks nice so far, but I don't see it being supported in the near future due to the developer wanting to do all the mobs.

My other concern is that while the models look more realistic, they are "forced" into being that specific mob permanently. Take the Silverfish for example, which the massivecraft texture pack uses as a rat model.

Though I do like the mod for vanilla mc on other servers or SP. just not on massive

Optifine already has built in support of entity models with resource packs, server work isn't really needed.

To elaborate you could get an entity models pack that just has mob models and textures and apply it on top of the Massive pack and get the same effect without installing any mods except optifine, and its client side so theres no staff work needed.
