On this day! Of Saturday, May 25th 307 AC, The Houses of dei Termini, Idomeneus, di Orazio, and dei Olzolli have come together to form a Collective Union of minds. The previously stated families have formed a Syndic Family under the new name of dei Vinicii! The following Titles allowed unto the Upper Council of this budding new Reign are as follows;
Caesar/Consul Deo dei Vinicii
Proconsul Salvatore dei Vinicii
Ephorate Daedalus and Athos dei Vinicii
Servius Pellegrino dei Vinicii

This Union was formed atop the Great Mountain Vinicii which translates to, "Bonded or The Bond" with the clear cut goal of a unified stance against foreign invaders of The Prince Sovereignty of the Wildlands.
The Occupational Goals of such Titles above save for their more inline titular status of Multiple Baronies and Untitled Nobility are as follows;

Caesar: Has the Absolute Control of the United Military of the Syndic Family and their utilization in any Theatre the House Enters.
Consul: Is at the Head of the Council, though holds no Voting power is generally viewed as the Final Say in matters that do not come to a stout compromise or agreement. The Consul also if presented with illogical plans or plans with unfavorable outcomes, may veto said Proceedings and push them to the side for future operations or to simply remove them from the equation and move on to new topics.
Proconsul: The Proconsul is the Consul direct Voice to the rest of the Council in regards to matters he personally presses to the Council Chamber, the Proconsul also, in the case of the Consuls absence will take on the Consuls role until such time that the Consul returns or the position is vacated.
Ephorate: The Ephorate is the Main driving force of Noble presence outside of the Council Chamber, hosting events, meetings, banquets, festivals, etc. As well as taking a direct charge over the Diplomacy of the Syndic House abroad to foreign Nobility as well to Domestic ones. The Ephorate works with the Councils permission in regards to who they choose to do business with, and who should be worked with wholey, or avoided at all costs.
Servius: The Servius is the Head of Judicial Privilege within The Montanian States apart of the Syndic. They are the ones who Administrate Law and Order and are the Leader of the Lesser Council of those who choose the Positions above. The Servius is also the one who must give approval for Acts of Conquest or Warfare that pushes the Ephorate to spur a rise in Recruitment for the Caesar to utilize while at War. It is the job of the Servius to look at issues with an unbiased eye that weighs both the pros and cons without prejudice or scrutiny towards any specific individual within the Councilry both Lesser and Greater. Should they fail this they may be removed from office by a collective vote of the Greater Council and be replaced by one of the Lesser.

Subsequent Missives regarding the Syndic House of Vinicii shall be published as they are approved. Should you have any questions send a Private Letter to the Consul or Proconsul of the Syndic House and a response will be penned at that time.

With the Spirits Blessing

"A commoner man now partially leads a syndicate of noble families. Astonishing." Remarked Louis Delmotte upon reading that Deo had somehow swindled his way into the position of Caeser.

"Don't even know all of them."

Sopbia mumbled to Anastasie.

"Send them a bottle of wine- and not the 98'. That is to expensive. Perhaps a 04 Medoc?"
