A Question About Territory.

Greetings, It's me, Joo.

I was playing on the server, and I am now wondering...
Can I build a house for myself far away from civilization?
It's because, I know there's cool houses for sale and all, but I like to build my own houses, in the woods, just like in the vanilla game. (I know this server has a Rp policy about the houses, so I'll stick to it, I'm a good architect.)

What I'm really asking is:
"Can I build a house far away from the spawn point, in another land (by ship), and set it like my home, (or spawnpoint, idk) and roleplay there, travelling to the main city whenever I need to?"

I also like to know what benefits/disadvantages that brings, IF possible.

You can, I did that my first 4-5 months on this server, I built a little cabin in Ellador and made it hell to anyone who even thought to break in. In order to set your spawn point, you would need a bed though. It would be interesting to see this happen.

People have a habit of breaking beds. I would keep the one you use as a spawn point extremely hidden. Make an underground bunker near the house for it or something. There's also people who might try to grief the house. If you're willing to deal with that, then good luck with your house.

I used to be rich around those parts, but then the creators added free Gold for GaiaCash, with Flynn's booty, and the market started to inflate like hell.
Oringake for example, costed 2Million and now (checked about 4-5 days ago) costs over 28 BILLION.
