The Owl's Talon an army who fights for the protection of the lands of the Emperor and his people under the command of General Garth Viduggla, who is commissioned by the Marshalry Military System, under Percival Ravenstad specifically. The army can be known for its relative flexibility in terms of troop composition, ranging from cultural backgrounds to religion. The army, however, typically consists of northern troops.

It is an Army of the Dread.

Rights, Limitations & Benefits of the Military Divison

Rights:

• The Right to be a part of the Regalian Military.
• The Right to employ citizens and to report within the hierarchy of authority.
• The Right to be legally tried under military law and not public law.

Benefits:

• Possible ascension in ranks within the military based on merit, eligibility for awards and medals, and the eligibility for personal preference at any business as per state law.
• Earn as you fight the Empire's wars, with a standard wage.

Limitations:

• Members of this military charter are not permitted bear weapons in open carry within the Regalia, unless another right or charter grants otherwise.
• Members of this army may not usurp the power of guards or conduct arrests in the name of this army.

2. Be willing to swear an oath of loyalty to The Owl's Talon, as an army of the Greater Imperial Army.
3. Be physically capable of combat & trained within a relevant combat school.

5. Have a clean or pardoned criminal record.
