Frankly I am not impressed with the resurrection of this attempt of a full on server war. When Mag first declared war quite a few months ago against every faction, they tried to create a RP reasoning behind it, which made it somewhat reasonable, but now the cards have changed. Mag is enemying every faction out of a pure pvp bliss that will only result, in my opinion, with factions either disbanding or going innactive.

I realize the raid laws state that you may not raid one faction for more than 2 hours a week, that still allows them to raid multiple factions as much as they like. Raiding a faction even once every week will still result in players getting pissy; I was told that if a faction does not want to be a part of this, they may surrender and pay a cheep fund to avoid future raids, so pretty much what they are saying is that if you wish to not get raided, pay us money, and if you don't have it, well too bad for you.

My faction is a Roleplay faction, and sure we do pvp, but we do not get involved with players who spend every waking moment darkrooming to be the best in whatever pvp category they wish, which I am fine with. But when you come in to my dam 'back yard' and enemy me because you are bored, I am not going to stand for it. I have surrendered to factions like this in the past and have payed the regal/silver price, but I am no longer surrendering so that I can continue to enjoy this server which I play often. What I have to say is that factions are going to disband from this whole war, and players will go innactive due to complete frustration. @spectec I realize you are a nice and reasonable guy, But I will not tolerate this crap again.
What do you say people of Massivecraft? Will you stand idle as this wave of PVPers sweep across the server and raid constantly causing grief and dismay? Or will you stand up and fight for what you believe in, that being a server which brings enjoyment to all those who play on it in peace?
 
Most people will not leave their friends and community here just because one faction among many others are raiding them. This is a MEDIEVAL factions server. War happens, and strong kingdoms and nations went on conquest quite often if you look at history. C'mon Sollomon. Liven up buddy.

A lot of us actually do other things than darkroom. We work on our bases. I'm personally slowly and surely building a city. I don't think I've stepped into a darkroom in about a week.

It's a RP/PVP server. We've always offered a way out. Deal with it.
 
all we need to do is be like the russians toward the end of WWII, 1 million man army against magnanimus. Then we win!
 
I will not support Mag on this this is utter bs and just because the Admins are bored does not mean they should beable to bully everyone on the server

Per raid rules we can enemy anyone we like and raid them for two hours per week. Sorry we are following the rules. Us also being staff members has zero to do with what we are doing in the game , and you can't hide behind that argument.
 
Definition of Admin abuse from a moderator of a killing floor server- Admin abuse is as follows, using administrator powers to cheat, threaten people because u dont like them, exhibiting favoritisim and giving them items without being fair to everyone else and giving them the same items.

Using admin powers to boost your pvp skills, using admin powers to view enemy chats for personal gain, etc.

If you use admin powers to abuse your position the it is admin abuse. This is coming from a modrator of a killing floor server (me)

You have not had an active conquering campaign that has lasted more than a few months without going afk for a few months after. Also you have not been active for 7 months. When I created mikey a few months ago you guys were dead, and the majority of pvprs were in ridenval.
 
It doesn't matter if you have broken no rules. This is a stupid act by a bunch of people who have played on the server for years, and are attacking new players, factions, and defenseless factions. There is no RP reason for any of this, and its outright stupid. Small 6 people factions cannot defend against a faction that has approx 30 people in it, and most of which have extremely high combat skills. Just because you might be bored does not mean you have the right to attack. I do not give two shits about the rules in this case, i just can't wait for you idiots to countinue, then be attacked by the entire server populace, because that will be fun to watch.
 
@spectec, You may sit there in your castle within Magnanimus, and think you are doing the server a solid by creating a event that will create an interesting and dynamic experience for players, but it is doing the opposite. What of the players who do not want to pvp but rather RP, tell me how it is in any way fair to have all of the servers pvpers in one faction verses all of the new players and those who rp rather than pvp. And yes they will leave, I saw it last time Mag made a stand against everyone, good dam players that I called friends on this server left to another server, but I stayed, hoping that the days of this were over and we could work to a better server enviroment, but I suppose I was so wrong that I started to believe in the good nature of most players that in the sense they wouldn't enemy everyone just to get a fill.

I do play this game Spec, and I am dam good at It.....

and btw, this is actually going to affect your guys revenue in a bad way. You make people mad and people leave, you guys will loose possible premium buyers, in effect loosing money. If u guys want to loose money, then you guys have made a bad decision.
 
@Sarge_Peppers This is a dam RP server! you may say "you pretentious rprs" but we are the bloody foundation that built this server up and created those amazing builds that you see every day. So I recommend you watch what you say next time...You are in a server built around Roleplay which then adopted pvp, not the other way around pal...

This server had pvp before rp so the server adopted rp.
 
Ya @Wannag But guess what he said...Ya I am pretty sure you saw that, so when it comes down to it I realize that it is both, but mag is trying to push rp under the mat and we do not appreciate it one bit and when half the server is pissed off, you think they would get the dam message...

When you roleplayers rake every attempt we have for more pvp and shoot it down, that is pushing pvp under the mat. We are following server rules. I dont see a problem
 
Oh so @Wannag you think we are pushing you under the matt? No no no lad, we are ignoring you, there is a difference, your visor is just to spattered with blood to see the difference that is directly in front of your face

what is your problem with role players? There are a lot of people that dont want to pvp and dont want to pay your money.
 
MY PROBLEM.....My problem is when all the pvp'ers decide to go against everyone because they are bloody bored @Wannag, and the staff should know by this point that a 'event' (if you can even call it that) like this pisses allot of people off. I have no problem with pvp'ers, they seem to have a problem with us. BUT this is not about pvp and rp, this is about a bunch of players thinking they can bully the server into their own ideology and fun time, but they expect people to go along with whatever they want, but 'don't worry' if you rather not be involved, they will drain your wallet dry...
