FictionWorm because of my love for books. I was called a bookworm frequently in elementary, and it stuck. When the time came for me to create a Club Penguin account, I decided to change it a bit. "Fiction" because it's my favorite genre and "Worm" because of both its connections with bookworm and because the worm family is pretty awesome (also fantasy, the subgenre of fiction, has plenty of stories about worms and wyrms). Then (although not linearly), I made a Minecraft account with the same name. Plus, no one had taken it so I didn't have to add in any ugly numbers.
Rip Shoul is the name of my first RP character, although it isn't that simple. When I first joined Massive, I had no idea what RP was. I learned about the /nick plugin, and I thought "Oh, cool! I'll be Poseidon!" (I was a Maiar at the time). I then changed it to "The Scribe" (I wanted to be the one who knows all, even though I had no idea about anything on the server), but I later was made a vampire and I realized I could create a character. I am ashamed to admit, I initially was going to have my last name as "Ripper", in a copy of Jack the Ripper. However, I realized how silly that was and scrapped the idea. The name still stuck with me however, so I switched it around and name myself "Rip". Later, when I joined the forums and learned everything I had been missing about lore, I decide to make a true character. The last name "Shoul" came from multiple words that had to do with pointy things (shiv, sharp, etc). Basically, it just sounded right. But, I began to think that the name Rip was too short, so I searched for names that began with Rip. The name "Ripudaman" means slayer of enemies, so of course I had to pick it. And that is the evolution of the name "Rip Shoul".
