WS Faction opinions will be updated by Thursday Evening
As flashpoints from the beginning of the month are still being utilised, the new ones will be instead released next week with double (8) flashpoints per month to look into. Rather than doing them weekly, Flashpoints will be released at the first Tuesday of each month following the noble prog with more detail. This is to both allow for more time for world system participants to fully explore the arcs available and also limit my workload. Apologies for the inconvenience, I am still working out how I want to run the progressions in my own capacity.

House von Drachenburg
- Sends 1 Ship to the State Fleet.
- Purchases another airship.
- Much akin to previous weeks, von Drachenburg stations one of his airships outside of the region of Fergfeld.
- Additionally, Dietrich von Drachenburg summons a meeting of his feudal council in response to the call for assistance by the Cantons in Genevaud. Citing acts of dishonor and incompetent rulership, the von Drachenburg council agreed to mobilise 10,000 troops to invade the Kreiburg lands to overthrow Kreiburg rulership.
- Once these troops were approved, Dietrich von Drachenburg, Erwin as Field Commander and Harald von Drachenburg set forth for the province of Bulgern, finding itself at its border much quicker than anticipated from the usage of the troupe's pathfinding ability and preparing for an attack on the Kreiburg stationed troops within the region. Immediately, the Kreiburg army, which was now absent the Reinard troops that once bolstered them, retreated back into Bulgern's capital and prepared for siege. Notably, the Slumberwood Drill Instructor was with the von Drachenburg army, which assisted in the training of troops on standby.
House Latimer
- 10,000 regals are spent on speeding up the Citadel's construction. Another week is shaved off completion time and by now, the Citadel is half built.
- Abelard Latimer commands that any individual attempting to halt construction of the Citadel or sabotage efforts from outside their current designated plans is to be immediately imprisoned to be interrogated.
- Latimer appeals to his Feudal Council to mobilize 5,000 more troops on top of the current 20,000 troops to prepare against the declining stability of the Baldmark. Furthermore, it was argued that the additional troops were required to protect, the worst case scenario, against a homicidal ruler and in the best case, keep the Hellarian borders secure. This argumentation fell on deaf ears however, and the council remained unconvinced. Later that day, Latimer was met with again by the Feudal Council where they indignantly protested that they would be demobilising all troops currently active; citing that the Wardens were now gone and additionally, that word had reached them that Latimer was being controlled by a Slizzar whom he had been seen with at the Noble Assemblies. Heated insults were slung from all sides of the Feudal chamber with some coming to Abelhard's defense, while others remained fervently against Latimer's choice of company; accusing him of being a puppet. Once the Clergy heard of this development, they too took action and began to preach within the streets if Thessalo, Athos and Limnarra that their ruler had finally succumbed and was no longer fit. While nothing came of it for the moment, the people who were already not too fond of Abelhard's non-ailor heritage were not all that opposed to the idea of revolution, which had been called in other lands close by.
- Latimer in the same week announces that he intends on introducing a mandatory education system for males aged 5 through 8 within the coming weeks and specifically cites the need for a more informed, literate and far more equipped population to better the Empire. Simultaneously, people amongst his lands began to scratch their heads as this development seemed to come from out of nowhere. Would Latimer even be able to fund so many people's education for that long? Was he calling his own populous illiterate and thick? Needless to say, the announcement was met more with question marks than any sort of jubilation and undoubtedly, much attention was going to be paid to the exact logistics of this plan of his.
- Pays 4000 regals to Humaira Reinard (1 Order per Week. I will process the first Order every time.)
House Cadieux
- Pays House du Treige 5,000 regals for a lost bet. The money of which is delivered by a highly annoying and belligerent marching band.
House du Triege
- Invests 20,000 regals into a business venture.
Hexenblood Circle
- Officials from the Hexenblood negotiate and purchase 2 Cinnochra Daggers for 20,000 regals.
- The services of an individual named 'Robin' are offered to the family of Ser Aetos in Rumvalia. Citing their ability to commune with the dead, Ser Aetos' family reluctantly allowed Robin, after being offered 20,000 regals, to attend the site where Aetos was buried, but under strict watch, which was unusual for the usually quite openly superstitious folk of the region. Upon conclusion of an elaborate, and mostly theatrised ceremony, contact was made with Ser Aetos from beyond the grave.[Details sent in PM]. The questions answers were promptly delivered to the family and, as a by product of the answers, Robin was ushered quickly out of the estate's grounds.
House Slumberwood
- 10,000 regals are spent on a proclamation stating that "This past month has been one that weighs heavy on my heart, and I must apologize to the citizenry of Baldmark for my recent actions. I recently hired an assistant, and said assistant turned out to be a sanguine who used their foul abilities to warp my mind and keep me under their thumb. It was them who had the idea to impale the wardens and it was them who sent the letter in my name to the clergy as a threat while I had tried to send a letter of apology in a moment of lucidity. I can say now, however, that this beast has been captured and executed thanks to the discovery of their treachery by my brother, Merdoc Slumberwood. I sincerely apologize to the clergy of Baldmark and to my people as a whole. Let us turn our attention to outside enemies and build ourselves stronger than before. I will be, in the coming weeks, working on ways to prevent anything like this from happening again. Spirit's blessings, and may you all remain safe." An arrest record and execution record are found to prove that this vampire had indeed been arrested and executed.
- In the same timeframe, 10,000 Slumberwood soldiers are sent to Rumvalia to break up the riots peacefully. However, as soon as the troops began using equal force back on the protestors and rioters; the situation began to sour even further. While many riots were put down and people were more hesitant, opinions of Slumberwood from the populace, specifically Colonial and Szabadok, soured. The latter of which was fuelled on by funding from 20,000 regals from Peirgarten.
- With this in mind, the Clergy was not convinced by Damon's proclamation as his actions seemed to not have changed at all. What's more, after the death of Aetos, and the fact his body was found within a government building, there was an overarching opinion that the Slumberwood's Government was already befallen to blatant corruption and mishandling. The Clergy would need more for their support again.
- 10,000 regals were spent on a business venture.
- Sets state tax to 30%.
- Sends all Slumberwood ships to the state for the war as well as 5,000 troops.
Von Duerr
- 20,000 regals are spent on developing and researching portable and shelf stable painkillers once again. This time, the Doctor was met with more assistance. In fact, a well known alchemist named Manfried Traynor; one of the Doctor's within von Duerr's employ prepared a testing and research session within the capital for the week coming to analyse and home in on this new formula for potential successful painkillers that von Duerr sought. (Message me in DMs to schedule this as an event on the server.)
The Golden Triumvirate
- 20,000 regals are paid to the clergy of Bragacao to host them for an audience with Isola to ease their concerns related to the Delmotte letters. In the rebuttal, Isola remarks that Delmotte has been working with them, the alleged vampires, for months and provides a letter to certainly prove such. They cite Delmotte's usage of the word 'criminal' as a mere stereotype against Isola and co purely because of their Daen heritage, which is supposedly uncommon for Delmotte as he is "Surely is fond of given how he presses people to convert away from home cultures when we aren't looking."
- Additional proof that this meeting occurred was provided to the clergy.
- And additional claim was made that the term 'Golden Triumvirate' name was used to represent three politicians- the steward Arathorn, house di Ortiz, and representative Danillo, due to the need of multiple on-standby leaders given bad weather can close communication long-term in ports of the Rim Isles. Similar to the nicknamed 'Wardens' guard charter and the nicknamed 'Wardens' terrorist group, it was "an unfortunate coincidence that is being amended immediately to prevent unwanted confusion."
- An additional claim was made that House Delmotte was trying to swindle house di Ortiz out of 4 Bragacao provinces for only 80k and 2 warships, and once called on the scam, only then did the Vampire accusations begin after the event that occured at the Kade estate while Rowena Kade was present. On this basis, it was claimed that 'No right-minded member of the peerage would, after months of contact, knowingly invite a Vampire into the house of royalty and risk the security of the entire Empire.' and that an Avalorn, von Duerr and the House Kade Court Mage, presumed to be Gwenyth Zylmoira, had observed this.
- Another claim was made that "No Vampire would willingly spend 25k Regals to exterminate a coven when it was financially safest, nor would they have sent 5k troops to ensure secure landing of Unionists on Coivra when the populace expressed their discomfort."
- The overall response from the Clergy was again, mixed. On point A, B) this was believed as the letters seemed to indicate exactly what Isola was stating. The reputation of the Delmotte was also well known, an embezzler and opportunist. This seemed legitimate. On point C) This was not believed at all. The semantics did not outweigh Delmotte's letters; and the previous evidence had only proven that Markus Delmotte was just as untrustworthy as di Ortiz was; the explanation was too convenient by Isola. Point D) This was completely believed in relation to point A, B and Markus' Delmotte's reputation. E) Was met with a mixed response. Vampires have for centuries been known to combat and exterminate other vampires and thus; the argumentation fell on Unionist deaf ears.
All in all, the effect of this discussion was twofold. Firstly, a call for the Golden Triumvirate to sort its act out and secondly, for the Triumvirate to actually start caring for the Clergy within their respective regions. The overall opinion remained the same however, opinion no longer teetered.
Abigail Tucker
- Pays Zelphar 2,000 regals.
- Abigail travels to the Southern Provinces to throw a massive fiesta within the region of Adrida. While at first, the students within the Academy within the region were hesitant to join in due to their studies but as the day proceeded, eventually the entire Campus was wild with festivities and celebrations of Aberrant culture and fun. The overall effect of this huge party that seemingly started in a flash was that the province would remain in good spirits for the next couple of weeks.
House Delmotte
Increases Imperial Court stipends
- Increase Rowena's stipend to 3,000.
- Reduce Florences stipend to 1,000.
- Increase Laurents stipend to 1,000.
- Increase Edwenn's stipend to 1,000
- Increase Markus' stipend to 500.
- Reduce Julius' stipend to 0.
- Increase Augustin's stipend to 500.
- Reduce Emmeline Latimer's stipend to 0.
- Send 13 warships to the Regalian State.
- Send 5,000 soldiers to the State.
House Typhonus
- Florencia Ortega acts as General for the 25,000 men strong Typhonus Army to the region of Maraisburke; completely rooting out the Wardens from the area. The aftershock of this defeat, along with a diplomatic discussion from Klaus with the Warden officials in Regulia, sent the rest of the Wardens in the Southern Typhonus provinces also packing; disappearing back into their respective lands and back to subservience.
- 10,000 regals are invested by House Typhonus to assist the religious revolt in the Slumberwood lands. The House releases a statement explaining their reasoning; "House Typhonus has continued to witness the poor leadership of House Slumberwood, which has now led to countless bloodshed and chaos when there needn't have been any. With supposed threats against the Clergy now occurring, this yet again shows that their tyrannical nature needs to be leashed and we support the church in ensuring Slumberwood sees the error of their ways before more lives are lost to their violent regime."
House Mac Conall
- Eddair Mac Conall sends Gerard Kreiburg and Natela Orovanze to assist the clergy in Clannadh Alba against the Vult Dragon missionaries. This has very little effect until 10,000 regals showed up to assist. This combination effectively outbalances the previous work put in by Goretaan a week before and once again; the table was leveled between the two theological interest groups. On top of this, a letter is sent to the clergy there by none other than Aelfric Harhold, who showcases his support for the clergy there and states his support in spreading the Sancellist truth, specifically peacefully. This bolsters the Clergy, who seek Quinn out to better represent them in the region once more, using the letter as de facto support from the current most influential Sancellist Reverend in the Empire.
- Pays Morgan Zhau 2,000 regals.
- Pays William Arnyn 1,000 regals.
Logistics Minister Ardige Viduggla
- The Logistics Ministry received and now approves a request for 64 Ships and 140,000 troops from Grand Marshal Reimar Typhonus for use by the Marshal Cabinet's members in the war against the Sendrassian Allar. These troops and ships may be used by the Cabinet's membership until the Logistics Ministry indicates otherward.
House Black
- 15,000 regals are used to hold a summit within the Black capital of Narlas, inviting representatives of the merchant group and other representatives from the Black's lands in good faith. Both Dianne and Maximilian Black host the collective lords and merchant representatives and apologise for their lack of authentic and calculative leadership; presenting a brand new manifesto. Many of the original issues were solved, though new questions arose over the legitimacy of this new document and the promises it made. The Merchants gave one final demand to Dianne before agreeing to go back to trade as per usual. "Publish this to the entire Empire and stay true to your word." As a result, House Black's income went back to normal while they awaited mass publication of this manifesto. As a result, the 5,000 income Black lost was remedied (Which also results in Harhold no longer receiving the trade from Narlas, losing them their additional 2,500 regals a week.
House Peirgarten
- The Peirgarten army is completely demobilized following the defeat of the Wardens. Damages are completely repairable from the basic funding of the local regions so no repair reports were required.
- 20,000 regals are donated to the Szabadok citizens within Baldmark encouraging them to take up arms and protest against their Slumberwood lieges. This is only minorly successful due to the poor reasoning for their uprising, but the funds did help with assisting their support of the more outwardly loud protestors against the Slumberwood regime. Furthermore, the Countess herself warns Slumberwood "End your tyranny Slumberwood, or Peirgarten will."
- 10,000 regals are paid to House Vicieux.
Szofia Kovacmann
- Pays 4,100 regals to House Cadieux.
House Avalorn
- Pays Hexenblood 10,000 regals.
- Declare 10 Warships to the State.
House Sorenvik
- Pays the State 5,800 regals.
House Harhold
- Sets State Tax to 30%
- Sets Crown Tax to 20%
- 10,000 regals are spent on finding legitimate claimants to the Sovereign title of Ithania from the previous, now deceased former Sovereign Sybille Arist Torte Huinousse Troissant Peudonseriolle. Initial research did not yield many results; in fact it seemed as if any possible chance of finding this supposed claimant was going to be incredibly difficult if not impossible. That said, many girls did show up in Vlissinghelm from Ithania and the Ivrae lands claiming to be some relative or another of Sybille, some with stranger backwards stories than others but some were quite convincing. It was obvious everyone wanted a piece of the pie and for the while, House Harhold would be overwhelmed with fake claimants.
House Viduggla
- House Viduggla sets their state tax to 30%.
- House Viduggla sends 7,500 regals to Hexenblood.
- House Viduggla sends 2,000 regals to House Kreiburg.
House Reinard
- 10,000 regals is spent on establishing some sort of relations with the leading nobility of Baardeland. It was quickly acknowledged that while there was an overarching Duke of the region; Kade loyal and Pro-Anglian Kade traditions, the vast majority of the provinces were effectively led by a multitude of smaller Counts, Barons and in some cases Aldermen with effectively differing goals and desires. The Duke of Baardeland was quite content with this arrangement; taking a more armchair approach to leadership.
Goretaan Throng
- Quinn attempts a business venture which is vehemently rejected.
