) Basic Information Wolfryk Kundimal is a 45 year old Northerne male Dwarf. Wolfryk Kundimal was born to Thoral Kundimal and Rose Mathal in Ellador. Thoram Kundimal and Rose Mathal are currently dead. Farum Kundimal is dead. Relations: Brother Gribur Kundimal is dead/missing. Relations: Brother Wolfryk Kundimal currently owns a cabin in Ellador. But currently lives in a poor district home with some other dwarves. Wolfryk has seen a lot in Regalia, from Fahlien to Qadir, he’s been in the whole mess and left jobless. He plans to rank up higher within the Regalian Guard (Violet Order) when he is on-duty. He also plans to make Dwarves more than common rabble in Regalia and make them more powerful within the government. In addition to the above statement, he aims to rise in the Aristocracy along with the Drazhras Clan, so they can have support for Nobility and the such. Visual Information Body Description Wolfryk is 5' in height and around 17.5 stones in weight (around 245 pounds). Wolfryk is very muscled and stocky, as any other Dwarf would be, yet he is more muscular then /most/ dwarves with a bodyshape similar that of a linebacker or linemen. Most of Wolfryk’s fat lies within his thighs and legs. He has arthritis, mainly in his legs, from having broken bones,bruised bones, and cracked bones. Hence, he can not run as fast as he used too, but is still very strong. Wolfryk has a pale skin tone as any other Northerner or Dwarf would have. He has tattoos covering his entire upper body. He has a dragon wrapping around his right arm and a giant ‘K’ on his back. He has several scars on his chest and abdominal area. Wolfryk has a normal amount of chest hair and hair covering his arms, mostly his forearms. Though, he does not have much on his back. He has quite a bit of hair on his legs. Head Description Wolfryk has a stone-like face with a large roundish nose. He has a ‘strong’ jaw with a round chin. His eyes are rounded and average for the size of eyes. Wolfryk has dark blue eyes, like the color of lapis, that look like they could stare straight into someone’s soul. Wolfryk has a cheery look to his face when he is happy, but most of the time he just looks cold or rough. Wolfryk has grayish hair with a average beard that covers his jaw. His hair covers most of his head except his face and ears. His hair looks like it is barely combed. Wolfryk has two earrings in each ear. He has a scar cover the left side of his face, just off the side of his eye. Clothing and Accessories When Wolfryk does have some sort of combat-oriented job, he wears a leather outfit, covering most of his body except his head, he would wear chain mail there, but due to recent laws, he can't wear most of this so he put away the armor for safe-keeping. But as of now he wears a grayish/white shirt with brown pants with a belt looped around it. He also wears leather fitted shoes to fit his size, it has a steel buckle on it. He also wears his Violet Order armor on him when on-duty. Wolfryk wears a belt that has a gold belt buckle on it with a dragon on it. It was smithed by his father before Wolfryk was born and this heirloom was passed down to him. Behavior Information Personality Traits Hard-case: Wolfryk is tough mentally, meaning he does not break down or bend his will to others so easily. You could tie him up and torture him physically /and/ mentally, and he would still not give in. He inherited this trait from the many generations in his family. He also went into this further when he was in war and was tortured to an extreme. Blunt: Wolfryk says what he wants when he wants too. He will lay down the cold hard truth down on someone, he doesn’t care if he hurts someone's feelings. He doesn't hold back on what has to say, so be prepared to cry if you rub Wolfryk off the wrong way. Wolfryk inherited this trait from his father, who was blunt as well, saying what wanted, when he wanted. Confident: Wolfryk is very confident despite his height. He would do anything, believing in himself, that he could do it. Most of this trait comes from dwarven blood/heritage. As most dwarves are confident in themselves. Wolfryk went toe-to-toe with an Ur, while others told him he couldn't defeat such beast. Calm: Wolfryk is very calm to an extent. The only time he gets riled up is when he is angered. He is usually laid back, watching things go on around, enjoying life as it is. While he still has a temper, he just likes to take things easy when he off resting. Though, he is not that lax when on-duty for the Violet Order. Loyal: If Wolfryk is loyal to someone, he will fight with/for them until death. Loyalty is one of Wolfryk’s prized traits among these. He was born with a set mind of not betraying anyone, not matter the cost. Though, Wolfryk may be very loyal, he is still shady if he thinks he is doing something immoral. Paranoia: Wolfryk is always on alert, though he may not show it. He is always looking around and trying to spot anyone out of the ordinary. He is paranoid that someone might try attacking him or possibly try to kill him. He gained this trait during wars and battles. So, he always watches his back. Sadistic: When it comes down to killing someone/something he hates, he will torture them to death unless he needs to finish the deed quickly. He developed this trait after seeing dakkar kill his kin, so something in his brain snapped and started enjoying inflicting pain on others. Especially dakkar, he makes a mess out of them. Arrogant: Wolfryk is arrogant to an extent, following his way and opinions. He won't just let something slip off his mind. Also, being rather boastful about his skills in combat when he is riled up. This was a learned trait, when he saw his kin doing the same when he was younger. Though, this tends to get Wolfryk in trouble lately, so he has tried toning it down. Likes Mead/Ale: Wolfryk loves drinking this stuff. It makes him feel really happy and very violent. Though, it takes quite a bit of alcohol to him drunk due to a strong tolerance to the stuff. But when he does get drunk, it wouldn't be wise to be near him. Weapons: Wolfryk has developed a fondness for his axe and hammer since he got them when he was seven years old. He practiced using those weapons since then, developing his skill to match even some soldiers by the time he was fourteen. Fighting: Wolfryk loves a good fight, especially when he rips the other man’s intestines out. When Wolfryk fights, he goes into a very scary frenzy, scarring his enemies. Wolfryk views fist-fighting or bar-fights as some sort of game, a game that he is determined to win. Wolfryk starting loving to fight when he was first learning combat from his father and the such. He just loves the thrill of it. One of the many reasons he joined the Violet Order. Magic: Wolfryk had always wanted to learn Stone Magic when he was younger, but knew he could only pursue one path to greatness, as his father always said. So he choose his weapons over magic. Though, he is still very fond of magic. Dislikes Vampires: He hates the little buggers and kills them on sight. Ever since he was drug down into the sewers and nearly killed by a pack of them. He has had very bad experiences with them. He would even go as far to burn their body to ashes. Dakkar: Dakkar murdered a lot of his family before he was born and during his life. Wolfryk has a sadistic feel towards the Dakkar and if he sees one in the wild. He would chop it into pieces. He prefers to call them 'Fire Demons'. Wine: Wolfryk despises the stuff and thinks it taste like wolf piss. He first tasted it in Regalia and he immediately spit it out and threw the cup of wine across the room at a wall. Hence, this is one of the reasons he prefers mead. Swimming: Despite knowing how to swim, Wolfryk does not like swimming in the sea, he would rather be on a boat or ship. The reason why he does not like swimming in the sea is because he thinks a giant sea fish will come up and eat him. Abilities and Disabilities Strengths Strength: Wolfryk has developed immense outer and inner strength. Most of it coming from his heritage. Though Wolfryk has shown himself to be strong. When Wolfryk was younger, he once sliced a Orc in half within three swings. He continued to show his strength of by picking up around 60 stone in weight (about 800 pounds) and throwing it fifteen feet in front of him and showing another feat of strength of picking up a 1400 pound tree. Strategist: Wolfryk can come with plan/strategies on the spot. He is able to devise a plan in the heat of battle whereas others would break down and give up. Wolfryk just knows he has to win this battle/fight and won’t give up. If he is overpowered, he will outsmart them with tactics. Axe Expert: Years and years of training with an axe and hammer helped Wolfryk towards his goal of mastering the combat of an axe. He has trained for more than over 20 years, considering himself a expert in combat with an axe. He one day hopes to master it and teach it to others. Weaknesses Arthritis: Wolfryk has contracted Arthritis in his legs, mainly from him wearing them down in battle, so he is not as quick on his feet anymore but he doesn’t let this hold him back much. He can still run fast, but not without a bloodcurdling pain going on down in his legs. Apathetic: This is where the Bluntness and Sadism come into play. Wolfryk had difficulty dealing with death of other people, even people he didn't know well. But from time in war, seeing so many die, he nearly stopped caring if people died around him. He also can barely support people in times of sorrow, maybe sharing a helpful word or two. Despite this, he will silently mourn for those close to him. Weak Left Eye: Wolfryk has a faint scar across his left, while not blinding him, it still impairs him to the point where he can't see that far. Though, this does not hinder him in combat much as he still has a good right eye. Badly Healed Rib(s): Wolfryk has a few badly healed ribs while the others being stronger but potentially able to be cracked or bruised. Due to this weakness, if he were to hit in those ribs, it could potentially worsen them or crack them, thus making his performance in combat go down a considerable amount. Perhaps even unable to fight, depends how much of the adrenaline in flowing through at the moment. Combat Styles Axe Expert: Since Wolfryk was young, he was trained to use the weapons he favored most. He was trained by the current master-at-arms there, so from this training, Wolfryk gained a deadly edge in battle. But Wolfryk wanted to learn more, so he left his home when he was 23, venturing off into other parts of Ellador, picking up different styles of combat using an axe and hammer. By the time Wolfryk was 27, he had mastered most techniques/styles with the use of an axe and hammer. He had traveled to distant lands, away from Ellador, to learn. Dwarven Unarmed Fighting: Wolfryk has trained in a Dwarven Style of unarmed fighting along with his Axe training while younger and progressed into as he got older. It involves very brutal fighting, breaking of the neck, breaking of the bones, and the such. Weapons of Choice Axe and Hammer: Wolfryk owns a steel, which is made of metalirium, axe and steel hammer passed down from his father. They both have Dwarven Inscriptions molded into them. Wolfryk loves cutting into someone and smashing their skull at the same time. Very handy. Hammer-axe: A large two handed weapon, with a axe on one side, hammer on the other. It is also made of metalrium. Fists: When it comes down to combat and Wolfryk has no weapon, Wolfryk puts his unarmed fighting style and mind on the offensive and defensive ends. Anything: Wolfryk will grab anything that will help him in a fight, be it a chair or a fork. Relationships NPC list: Thoram Kundimal: Wolfryk was close to his father as a young boy, his father even taught him how to fight using just his fists. Wolfryk was saddened when he received a letter from his brother when he heard that his father had been killed by a gang of orcs. Rose Mathal: Wolfryk didn’t know his mother much as she had died when he was five, so he didn’t know much about her except when his brothers or his father told stories about her. Farum Kundimal: Farum was the oldest brother of the bunch and beat on the two younger brothers. Despite this, Wolfryk grew close his brother, knowing Farum was just making them tough. Wolfryk grew into a deep dark shell when he heard from his other brother Gribur, that he had been hanged somewhere in Ellador. Gribur Kundimal: Gribur being only five years older than him, they competed to see who was stronger and faster, this sparked a friendly rivalry. They challenged each other to do things and who ever completed the task first was more skilled. Gribur went missing in Wolfryk’s latter years and Wolfryk presumes he is dead. People list: Rhunor Drazhras (@JakkDhread ): The Kundimal Clan used to be close friends to the Drazhras Clan, dating back hundreds of years before the Dakkar-Dwarf War. This friendship slowly faded away after the Dakker invaded and they all split off. Until recently, Wolfryk was in the Tavern in Regalia when he met Rhunor and the two started talking, they both realized they their clans had once been close. So right there and then, Wolfryk pledged himself to Rhunor as his Bannerman. Rorgen Drazhras (@avemechanicus ): Wolfryk met Rorgen through Rhunor and they both shared a cup of mead together, talked a bit. They both discussed the history and logic of Dwarf Folk. This lead Wolfryk to respect Rorgen as an individual. Hyacinth Liantasse ( @xSketchedCrystal ): The stocky dwarf had met Hyacinth in Regalia, but little known to others, they also met in past but that's another story for another day. They are considered close friends. Autoria Penin ( @LyonTheBrave ): Wolfryk had met this woman during guard patrol, you could say they became 'close friends' after a while. But as of recent, that relationship was severed. Lommin Kundimal ( @Zyo ): Wolfryk's younger brother, while they have a close relationship, Wolfryk still looks down on his brother in superiority. Super Kug ( @Zyo ): Wolfryk met Kug during the Winter Festival when he attacked a bear or something of sort, they two made a friendship and later on down the line, Kug joined the Violet Order. more to come, give me time m8 Life Story Childhood Wolfryk was born in the Ancient Hold of Dragonguard in Ellador. Wolfryk was the youngest of his brothers, though his father favored him the most. One day, when Wolfryk was seven years of age, his father called him to his chambers and told him to pick a weapon out of the five laying there. There was a bow,axe,hammer,sword, and a book. Wolfryk being the intelligent kid he was, picked up the axe,hammer, and book, his father that was wise but he must put the axe and hammer back or the book back. Wolfryk took a look at the inscriptions on the book and realized it was a book about magic. Wolfryk put the book down and heaved the axe and hammer. His father brought in the master-at-arms of the hold and from that day on, Wolfryk would train to be one of the best Axemen there ever was. Adulthood Around the age of twenty three, Wolfryk had already been in one war. One with the Dakkar, he had slain many, which was remarkable for his age. His father placed him beside him as an advisor. After their battles with the Dakkar, Wolfryk set out from the hold, believing that the hold was safe and ventured out all across Ellador to learn more about combat and tactics. He wanted to better himself. He eventually met a old dwarf who was in his sixties who went by the name of ‘Bear’. The old dwarf was allegedly a master of combat in using an Axe and Hammer. Wolfryk stayed there for the next four years, training, until he himself mastered it. When Wolfryk was 28, the last year he was with the old dwarf. The old dwarf gave him one last task before he granted him the title ‘Master’. It was to duel him in combat, to the death. Wolfryk hesitated and said no, but the old dwarf said that he himself would be dieing in a few years and challenged Wolfryk once again. Wolfryk accept and the two fought, in the end Wolfryk overpowered him and outsmarted him. Wolfryk would then bury the old dwarf with his weapons and would set off on another journey, to other lands. Wolfryk would go all over Aloria, exploring other lands, and meeting new people. He would work as a mercenary/explorer in some of the continents, learning new things and gaining abilities for combat. Regalia Regalia was a bustling city when Wolfryk arrived and he grew to love the city. He soon got a job with a certain Doctor Fong in the city as a freak. He hadn’t shaved his beard in many years and it had grown long, near down to his feet. So he would sit in a cage and tell tales about his beard and earn money for it. But his career ended shortly after he received a letter about the death of his brother and he ventured to Ellador and stayed there a year or two before venturing back to Regalia. Things had changed since Wolfryk was last in Regalia, there was more crime and more vampires. Wolfryk at the time bought a house in the poor district and once again met Doctor Fong and enlisted in his Brute Squad to help clean the poor district. Vampires came and then they were gone. Crime was cleaned up that district for a while. Then war came and so did poverty, Wolfryk lost his house and the Brute Squad disbanded. He had also enlisted in the Regalian Fleet as a Marine when he first came, he served in the few wars when he was called to duty, such as the Qadir wars and the Elven Wars and most notably the Chrysant War, he never reached a high rank due to being a dwarf. Though, he was granted a Barony due to very outstanding service in the Fleet as he had saved a Rear-Admiral's life when a ship came upon fire, he was later titled Baron Wolfryk Kundimal, a lower noble. Recently, Wolfryk has been recruited into the Violet Order and currently works there as a Guard. Recent The Violet Order has disbanded, leaving Wolfryk with one less job, but as of now he enlisted within the Vigiliant Shield and is a Squire, as of recent, has resigned. He joined the Behemoth Order, under command of Tristan Lampero. He is also a Guard within House Black's House Guard.
I am reviewing this dwarf! So what work is he seeking? What does "glory to dwarves" mean to -him-" I need you to write specific in-game goals you can achieve and work towards, and I would like them detailed in your goals. What sort of shoes? Also, how does he go about undetected with a chain helm? Explain! So -all- his personality traits are criminally short; they need to be 5-6 sentences each. Take a gander at this example app to see what I mean; these traits can't be explained in a sentence or two, they are indicative of his very nature, so be prepared to write a lot, and write well, and keep in mind that they aren't strengths or weaknesses; they are personality oriented -traits-. Loyal, blunt, and sadistic are negative, but the rest are positive; balance it to 4 positive personality traits, 4 negative. All likes and dislikes need some meat. Also, as the writer of dwarf lore, I don't recall ever saying dwarves are opposed to a bit of buggery; either remove that dislike, or better justify his random dislike of homosexuality. 4 strengths and 3 weaknesses? Switch that; narrow it down to three strengths and four weaknesses. Eh, 20-30 years with a weapon will get him to expert, but master is so much more. "Chop" him down to Expert (see what I did there?). Archery. Is. Not. A. Weakness. Silverhand can't use a spear, but I don't include that because nor can a majority of fighters! Remove that, and come up with a far better combat oriented weakness, and one additional combat weakness, for a total of two new ones. Hi there @Blakewerewolf98! It’s good to see you’re a dwarf playing roleplayer. Despite being such a popular race in stories, you don’t see that many people actually roleplaying them. At least not in a dedicated way! The banner is looking particularly snazzy also. So I’ll try and get these edits out of the way as quickly as possible for you so you can get back to roleplaying your character with confidence! So, without going too much into depth on your application, could you please reformat the basic information section? There’s a few gaps where there shouldn’t be etc, so it’d be nice for it to look a little cleaner. For your personality traits, I’d desperately employ you to write just a couple more sentences for each of them. Some suggestions for these sentences would be; a reason or two for why they have developed that personality trait… /and/ something that you’ve done for a few, which is explain how that personality affects his behaviour towards other people. I’ve noticed what seems to be a contradiction. Within your ‘cold’ traits under personality, you mention that no matter what the reason, he will hound someone for money or something that they want. If someones life were on the line, then this could seem fairly immoral? You then go on to say within the ‘Loyal’ traits, that if he is asked to do something immoral, he will think twice or in your words be ‘shady’. What is to one person immoral is moral to another, so if you choose instead that you don’t want to alter one of these, could you please explain under one exactly what his morals consist of? In the ‘Paranoia’ trait, you mention that he gained this tendancy during a war, it then worsening through recent events. You haven’t however said which ones exactly this correlates with. Your character is described as being both Tough and as Strong willed. I’d ask that you remove and replace one of these, since from the description and the general meanings of the words, they are the same thing. Or at very least not too dissimilar. Actually the same is for being Blunt and Cold. I’d like you to merge these two also and come up with another personality trait entirely. For likes/dislikes, I’d like to know the reason for his love of a fight. Perhaps link the reason with the personality traits Sadistic etc. Under weaknesses, you have what are essentially three semi-strengths. Hot-headed, beserking and intimidating. I’d like all of these replaced with weaknesses that actually hinder him in a fight. Hot-headed and beserking are near enough the same, as well as resulting in a what is essentially describable as a burst of resolve towards finishing the fight. While intimidating is an all around strength when coming down to combat, since he mightn’t even be forced to fight if he’s able to scare off his unwitting attacker. Okay so that’s it for now. If you can get those edits done and dusted, I should be able to re-approve your application straight away! Tag me when you’re done!

Towards the goals you've already got for Wolfryk, I'd like to know how he intends to go about accomplishing them. Is he training. Is he organising dwarves or aiming to rise up in the political system? Also what is Wolfryk doing actively when you're logging on towards his goals? Something I've just noticed now, is that your weaknesses don't actually hinder him in combat at all. In fact all three have the potential to never surface in roleplay at all, except for the mention of aching joints. I want one more weakness that actually is a disadvantage in combat, to even out all the strengths he has. Tag me when you're done with these edits. @Blakewerewolf98

@Blakewerewolf98 For your PSTD, I'd like you to do a bit of research around it. Just have to be safe that you roleplay it properly and don't accidentally offend anyone. I have decided to drop the PTSD as I feel like I wouldn't be able to RP that correctly and I do not want to offend anybody by doing so. In substitute, I have put in Apathetic as a weakness, as I have already RPed Wolfryk as being apathetic for a while and more comfortable with it. I do struggle to see how Apathetic is really a weakness. It doesn't seem to affect him negatively in anyway. If anything it helps him, since he can dettach from those around him to the point where if they die it doesn't bother him? @Blakewerewolf98
It's mental weakness, whilst it can help him detach from others. It still screws with him in the head on a moral scale. If this does not suit for a weakness, I suppose I'll /try/ and scrounge up another mental weakness Wolfryk has. @Lord_Immortal
