(Papers are posted all throughout Regalia, Albeit most are centralized around Crookback. Put up on walls and pillars for all who would notice, and read to see the message the Papers are conveying. They appear to be written with a passionate ambition for change, spurred from acts the writer must have witnessed and considered Injustice. The Writers name is simply known as the Peacekeeper, as all papers are signed as such)

A Great Injustice Is Occurring, People of Regalia, Heed these papers, Heed these warnings, For you may be next on the chopping block by a second wave of Cruelty of the likes may someday rival the Crisis we have just faced. I address all parties, with food for thought, and a conveying of the message of the suffering many parties now endure, There is No Sunrise, There is no Bright Future for them. We are facing an eclipse. And the backfiring of such will harm all.

To The Militia Commander, Harlow Ketch
The initial sentiment that Vampires, and Cahal are the poor and Downtrodden, Is Indeed not false. Whilst it is true that Vampires were behind many of the struggles during the Crisis, It was Spearheaded by a Lich. Can you not recall times in history where a group of people who merely took to the shadows have been guided by a Powerful force to commit great evil. They are as much of a victim as everyone else in this war. There are many Sanguines who stood on the sidelines, away from the war, Who now are being hunted, There are many old Sanguines who would die on the act of curing that must free crookback in terror. Their lives in danger, as they'll no doubt wither away without a place for them to rest.

The Cahal have been Victim as well in the great Crisis. Many Cahal have been wrongly slain by the resistance for what they believed in, for what they were. And now, those numbers will skyrocket. They are not like the Vampires, despite manys belief as such. They fought against them as fiercely as the City did, If not more so. If i recall, it was a Cahal who broke, and took the Liches Great Crown. Leaving a dent in the Liches Moral which lead to their defeat. And yet after all of this, the hand of what many call justice reaches to grab out and strangle them too.

Curing is not saving people, Its not a heroic act. Its a Death of a culture, of an Ideal. Of everything that many once were. And to those who are beyond the age of Mundanes, It is actually death. I urge you to strongly reconsider, or discuss with your council your decision. Without Crookback as a place to rest, as a refuge. Surely violence will erupt throughout the entire city of those who take this Law Change more violently than I. Outlawing the groups may cause more violence, a resurgence of the crisis, All it will take is one group to spearhead the fear, and dissent into hate as the lich once did.

To The Fellow Mundanes of Regalia And Guards
I deeply mourn the losses you have garnered in the great Crisis. I know they must be great, Loss of Loved ones, Loss of Land, Loss of Health. All have suffered greatly. But we must not let our sorrows turn to hate or further bloodshed. There was truly a chance for a bright sunrise, But it is soon turning into an Eclipse. The message of hate, and spite towards groups of people are blossoming. The Afflicted are being poked with a stick and hunted.

You may think this does not effect you, Some may even think this is well deserved. But what if you were a part of an afflicted group which watched the crisis from afar, or perhaps even fought on the side of the Resistance in secret, Wishing the bloodshed to end. Only to be hunted down and assaulted after your contributions.

Many would get angry, that their acts of assistance and help would be turned against with such a twist. With Crookback outlawing the Afflicted, and the Guard Force working overtime to Purge and Cure any afflicted. It'll only lead to more conflict, More bloodshed. Let us not reopen old wounds, and work to patch the ones we've already sustained. Speak openly about focusing on restoring destroyed buildings and healing the city. Garner the minds, and will of those you know to heal, rather than to harm. You have the Power to help improve Regalia. Afflicted are still people, even if they may need to survive in different ways than you.

To The Unionists
In your very religion, Suffering is a test of Faith. To rid of weakness, And to make you stronger. Who has suffered more than the afflicted at the hands of all. Their very existance is a struggle. They must rely on others to stay alive, and many would kill them, or "cure" them for this. Are they not savable, Redeemable, Without forcing them to give up everything they are?

Their cultures, their ideals, Their everything are at threat by the Sacrosanct. There is a reason many fear curing. In your mindset, you may see it as holy, as righteous. But a part of an afflicted dies if they are cured. Who they are, Who they were. Is turned into nothing but a husk of what they were before, Their cultures and beliefs as an afflicted killed off.

What greater charity would there be, than live and let live.

To Afflicted, Cahal, Sanguines, and Other Outcasts.
It is unfortunate, that right after facing a crisis, Should another be placed and directed specifically upon you all. Many seek you out, to drag you to their Sacrosanct. To "Cure" and "Save" you. I urge you to seek safety and shelter in whichever place is Convenient. A great storm has arrived, and you'll need to weather it. You are not alone in your struggles and suffering.

You must not let this threat influence you to act out of hatred or malice however. You cannot fall to temptation like you had before. The Prior Crisis had lead to many deaths on both sides, in a horrendous way. I urge you, do not start a war out of the troubles and strife you go through, But to gather all who are like you and to do your best to garner Sanctuary. Further war will only serve to provoke the Regalian Goverment to take more extreme Measures.

Be Temperent, Be Safe, and Be mindful. Someday this Eclipse will end, and you will have homes once again.

The Parthas takes the letter in hand, if the Hollow could squint.. he would. However, all that escapes is a pained groan suited for an aged man. A resounding "No." escaped the Unionist Knight's helm as he spoke clearly and plainly in Vladno.

A asha reads this and places it upon the scale it wieghs heavy. The asha breaths.

"Let me instruct this fool, this lover of demons," His ring forms a living metal pen as he writes.
To the Peacekeeper,
I am not often a angry man but this inept work you've produce infuriates me. Listen to these words sanguine have no culture it is a occult infection and causing only suffering and death. Mirroring the demonic nature of their vile dread brethren they create tyrannical lands filled with slavery, torture, murder, and Heresy. These crimes were perpetrated exponentially upon this city as they've been by sanguine across the empire for centuries.

I often am level headed but this…this work is so stupid you MUST be a leech yourself. For no sane person can dare misconstrue unionism so abhorrently. Thier affliction is not a test it is a curse, God Empress Ness manifests to purge these afflictions many times therefore you're mistaken in believing this any kind of arguable point. We're commanded by the Everwatcher to restore these taken people to sanity.

This is not war this is us waking up and realizing we've been complacent. We must cure them all no longer can we have distinctions. You should think carefully if you ever seek to defile unionism by trying to warp our faith into allowing murderers and monsters. Doing so will send the swift hand of Almar crashing down upon you.

Sanguinism is a cry for help from the lost, but you would propose a method that is untenable. It's like saying because a criminal refuses rehabilitation we shouldn't charge them for crimes. This insane proposal isn't a morally allowable outcome, to allow them to hurt anyone else is a insult to everyone who has suffered.

"How unfortunate," Celate Auridian Luxvenia mutters as they read the notice "that the affliction that controls their mind continues to make them think that they would lose themselves upon being cured. Yes, you will lose something if you are cured. You will lose your destructive nature. You will lose what holds you back from living a good and healthy life."

"You are redeemable, certainly. But by the power of God-Emperor Vess we must free you from the chains that bind your mind before we can begin to guide you down a better path."

Felsin would be sitting alongside a road in a forest, unfolding the note in the serene wilderness, then begins to read. He sighs, a grin plastered on his face, bitter, but unsurprised. His words would break the relative silence of nature, seemingly bemused in his words, saying "Interestin' this fellow be… Might 'ave to have a few words with 'im, see how much 'e actually believes of his own words. Wonder if teh folks that are tryin' teh stomp out teh Sanguine realize why teh fuck this all happened in teh first place; them tryin' to smash teh afflicted once an' fer all… Hah! We'll see…"

The Parthas Titos was out for a stroll, when he came across one of the Notes, a simple smile would appear over his face
"Damn right were going to hunt them down, Tired of these foul demons haunting the poor city folk, they shall taste the end of my whip!" He would yell to the sky with a cackle of glee
